Very well staffed. Very clean and they always have computers available. Best of all the staff can help one navigate the computer!

This library becomes the worst neighborhood library after 2: 30 pm when the school kids flock in here. For about 3 hours, forget about studying or reading! This becomes a hang out spot for some of the kids on there way home, a small amount are here waiting on parents. The library staff are lame, totally lame and have no control over the kids. There is a young male librarian that does absolutely nothing when you complain. He is friendly with the kids, he seems to want to be more of a friend and not an authority figure in telling the kids to comply with the rules. The security guards are worst. I don't know what they're paid for. The old, tall black security guy does absolutely nothing. The volume and activity in this library goes up to "100". Again forget about studying or reading! The kids are loud and disrespectful. One day an old lady told them off about being loud and disrespectful. She told them that, it hurts her to see them act they way that they do, disrespectful. She told them that they're behavior sets black people back. She just wasted her time! There are kids constantly running around and screaming after each other. There was one kid throwing his shoes and then a bottle after other kids. Knocking over books. There were other kids throwing a football. There are kids laying down on the floor around the library, recharging their phones, talking or watching videos etc.loudly. A security guard ask one kid to turn down the volume on her phone and put on her shoes that were in the middle of the aisle. She totally ignored him. He walked away. When these kids are not ignoring the staff, they are challenging their authority. There are other kids just laying in the middle of the book aisles. Forget about the patrons looking for a book. Profanity is heard everywhere. This place is also used as a hookup spot. Explicit sexual talk is heard all over. One kid sat a feet feet away from me, talking on the phone and vulgarly expressed the desire to have sex with the person on the phone, at her house, if it was possible. Parents, these are your kids! They're not as innocent as you think or they might pretend to be. The kids also end up in the quiet/study room. I went in there to escape the noise, the lights were off and a young girl is sitting on a guys lap. The room is not for anyone under 18. Forget about that. Elsewhere, the kids leave their garbage behind, yes, they eat in the library. Also the bathroom becomes a nasty mess. The bathroom is also where they make some of their social media videos. Like WOW. Again, trust me, don't visit this library if you need to study or read a book. I only visit here because I need to study and live in the area. Sadly trying to use the time around these rude kids. I would give this library, 0 stars if I could. The staff needs to do way better!
