6Security gives people a hard time to enter. He has a very unpleasant attitude. I expect professionalism at this building.
They have so bad customer server! HORRIBLE! Even by phone. You try to schedule an inspection or check status for permit application (because their portal doesn’t work btw) and they always give you bad actitud! Terrible

1 Month since I submitted my renewal for a permit. Called and keep getting the same answer. "Waiting for the building official to approve" What a joke. Not professional as all the other cities I work with have approved permits within 1 to 2 weeks. Sometimes even days. I dont know what going on with North Lauderdale lately.
I really wish i could give it more stars because Judy is awesome and so helpful, but those two other girls at the desk are always VERY rude and condescending, especially over the phone. They make it difficult to even ask the simplest of questions and get accurate answers
