The waiting hours are unbelievable. There is just one person attending, they take a full hour to be with only one customer.

The worse customer service in life. We’re going through a pandemic. No AC, no space and the lady’s take FOR EVER to do a renewal. I can’t understand how this place is even open. Terrible

People skipping their turns and employees not addressing it. Waited over an hour.horrible experience

They literally took 2 hours to call my number. The place full of people, yet they have no sense of urgency. They dont have respect for anyone. They are dirty, do not clean their windows and have misleading old signs everywhere. The place is a dump. Rude employees that are there for just a paycheck.

Service used to be great now it suck. Worker told me system was down for my title. Then I looked over to other window a gentleman just got one after me. Big Liar! On the second hand, she hand me someone else registration. Bad service! I won’t ever visited there again. My title got lost there and I have to buy another one. Craziness, I am disappointed of the horrible service.

You need to wait for a long time to be attended for everything. The place is really dirty and bad smell. They are always in bad attitude and rude with the people. They have 6 stations but always just have 2 or three people attending. Never recommended!

Over priced; they tried charging me $480 for a new license plate while another tag Agency only charged me $294.00. Glad I didn’t go to these crooks.

It's a tag agency what to expect what you guys fail to realize every transactions is different. The clerk are not super heroes they do their best to get you out. Slow service is everywhere people duh lack of employees is everywhere. I seen customers give them attitude all the time there humans too you know. I come here for many years yes I wait quite a bit the service is Perfect.

The worst service I have ever encountered. Not only they have only 2 people working. But these ladies help people without numbers because they must be getting payed on the side. Not only that when they call your number they don’t help you for around 5 mins because they are doing somebody else’s paper work. I have to say it took me an hour and 20 mins just to get a registration!

Service is great, but they take way to long with customer. It is very slow most of the time. If u have other stuff to do, make sure u take care of them first. A little bit of advice make sure u free for the whole day before u visit this place.

HORRIBLE! Run if you can, fly out of there, crawl out of there if you have to! WORSE tag agency I ever ran across in all my years!
Where do I even begin. This place needs PROFESSIONAL help!
D-I-S-O-R-G-A-N-I-Z-E-D Disorganized! This place is a mess! They would call numbers that already have been called and served and Skip numbers. The staff are extremely rude, full of attitudes, neck rolling, and unappealing facial expressions. They are not trying to help the customers. Rather, it seems as if they think they are better than the customers. On top of that they work extremely sloooooooooww! They’re not considerate of the customers at all! If you have somewhere to be on that day, please don’t expect to come in and out! They have 6 booths and only had 2 booths open! Really? This places needs to be SHUT DOWN! Reopen with NEW and better staff members who knows what they are doing, and knows how to deal with customers the properly. They need professionals in there, not RATCHETS!
This place really deserves a quarter of a start just for being open! (Unfortunately the lowest rate you can give is a 1 star) #ShutThisPlaceDOWN!

I would give it 6 star if would be possible! I came in on Saturday. The line was short, moved fast. They let you use restroom. The girl who helped me Yenny is a wonderful positive very pleasant person! She did registration, title transfer, new license plate and handicap placard within minutes! I was set anx ready to go with my special plate and all the papers! Yenny is awesome!

Very polite, fast, much better than other tag agencies! Went at around 2pm and got in and out in 10 minutes! Thanks!

Horrible Service 845 am that's when the employees came when they have a schedule that said they open at 830

Started with the service number 14 and After 45 min still at number 14. Extremity slow and the people working there did not care. At least 5 people just talking. Worse than the DMV.

Don't go over there.
If you like to sit down and wait couple hour to get service, this is your place!

So fast quick and friendly! I even asked for a good mechanic recommendation and the manager printed a yelp page of a reputable one In The area! Above and beyond here

Super slow everyone just sitting down not calling any numbers for 30 mins and they had to give me a tag because they gave me a wrong one and wanted to charge me 5$ when you guys made a mistake and could have gotten me a ticket for wrong tag really
