North Miami Beach Library

Nice quiet library- well stocked and clean. Computers, internet, and printers, you can pick up some free books with small printed mistakes that they can’t sell. The librarians are super helpful and sweet. Super easy to take out and return books.

One of my favorite place in North Miami Beach.there’s a lot of resources in our community.

Had a good experiance with this library. They helped us send paperwork for passport. Staff was very kind, little slow but very helpful. There are plenty of parking outside as well as it is Handicapped accessible. They have computers and copiers for any business you need to conduct. Copier is little more expensive than office max (library: 30 cents per page) but I am glad it was available. Overall good experience. I am rating it 5 stars because I want them to succeed.

The librarians and employees are always helpful. There's computers and tons of books. It's a good family environment and the air-conditioner is never set to low it's set just right to a nice chill.

The worst library - they're just out to get the little people. I returned all my books after hours at their book drop outside and they claim they never got them back. Now they locked my card and are denying my children the opportunity to read. We're new to the area and if I would have known the library is this disorganized I would have had someone return the books in person. Disgraceful!

UPDATE: I called the library about this, and apparently patrons are just supposed to KNOW that this library is not part of the MD County public library system like every other PUBLIC LIBRARY in every city I've lived in. They don't bother to tell new patrons that when you check out books here you must return it here. Doesn't say ANYTHING about this on their website, there is no notice hanging anywhere in the library about this, and the librarians didn't bother telling me when I got my card. Doesn't say anything about this on Google. Being a new resident of this city, I'm simply supposed to KNOW. DISGRACEFUL!

I met Yolette at the library. She’s a superstar. She was so patient and helpful, always put a smile on her face when assisting you. She’s an asset for that place. I will gladly go back

Only place I know in FL still enforcing a strict mandatory mask policy even for those who have been vaccinated. Rude condescending security guard at the front door saying ‘can’t you read the sign’

Such a great library that has inspired me to become an avid reader again. A great selection of books with nice comfy couch style chairs to sit and read. The staff is so nice and helpful, I really couldn’t ask for more from my local library. Thank you!

Got passport paperwork done here.excellent experience. Very nice staff. Definitely worth it to go here if you need passports.

I've never been to a library like this that has staff this disrespectful
They were very rude to me and my two children and my children are only 7 years old they told me I can't be in here because I don't fit the criteria

It is not often that we find people who really offer their time to help. One afternoon, we found a nice lady, working in the front desk, who was eager to help. In fact, all the librarians who work there are kind and helpful.

Friendly and available staff. Incredibly clean. They take your temperature when you walk in, they are practicing social distancing.

I'm never going here again total rudeness they don't care of helping you they just there to make their money and sit back
