Great job today.very thorough, knowledgeable and great attention to detail.replaced an ac coil and serviced the Freon on a system that is only 3 yrs old.thankfully the part was under warranty. I cant really comment on the price because that always hurts.but you get what you pay for.thanks Lisandro!

I had an outstanding experience with North Pole Air Conditioning and Heating Services, and I can't praise their technician, Lisandro, enough. When I called for help, Lisandro answered the phone promptly and was at my doorstep within hours. His extensive knowledge was evident as he quickly diagnosed the issue with my AC and had it up and running in no time. Lisandro's positive attitude and willingness to share his expertise made the entire service call a pleasure. I highly recommend North Pole AC and Heating, especially if you're fortunate enough to have Lisandro as your technician.

I cannot recommend Lisandro enough! He helped us after we bought a house with a neglected ac for 1/10th the price of Frank Gay. He was responsive, helpful, and so kind! He was able to quickly fit us into his busy schedule and we are so grateful! Would highly recommend support this local small business, you will not be disappointed!

I had an AC issue on a Friday night and was hesitant to bother that late but it was getting really hot so I texted Lisandro and I’m still so grateful that he took the time to explain in detail and so patiently how to help with my issue. I followed his instructions and minutes later had AC. I have found the AC company that I’ll be hanging on to for sure!

They go over and beyond the normal service call. Lisandro explained everything in detail and gave advice on preventative maintenance. Here is an example once The AC was up and running and I had paid him, we were walking to his vehicle, he heard like a noise the unit was making, grabbed a later and found the drain pipe gasket was missing and took an additional 45 minutes to correct the problem.

All of the great reviews are accurate regarding Lisandro. He picked up the phone right away when I called and immediately worked me into his schedule. He did a fantastic job of getting my AC back up and running. He took the time to thoroughly explain everything he was doing and is clearly passionate about his work. I will continue to use him for all of my HVAC needs and highly recommend him to anyone looking for an honest and hardworking AC service guy.

Lisandro doesn’t wear a cape, but he’s a hero! When I called first thing in the morning, he answered the phone! I was immediately surprised. Over the phone he quickly assessed my situation and gave me advice on what to do with my a/c unit until he could come to the house. Upon arrival, he was professional, light hearted, and genuinely empathetic for my family’s situation (it’s Florida HOT). We were fortunate that the fix was quick and relatively inexpensive; and I’m thankful that Lisandro saved out day! Give them a call if you need help with your a/c, you won’t be disappointed!

Lisandro came out very late on a Monday night to take a look at our A/C after another contractor did a bad repair job. He had it up and going the same week! Very professional and he knows what he is doing. I will highly recommend him to friends and family

I have a newer AC unit and it started not cooling effectively. Lisandro helped me out from beginning to end. He walked me through the process and took the time to explain the issue thoroughly and how to prevent issues in the future. My drain pan and condensate line needed to be cleaned and flushed out, which he did. I appreciated the explanation and tips, as well as Lisandro’s passion for what he does. I highly recommend him to anyone in the area who is having AC issues! He was honest, fair, knowledgeable and responsive. You can tell he loves what he does and that he wants to help educate homeowners on keeping their AC unit running smoothly for as long as possible.

Excellent maintenance service with professionalism, honesty and punctuality. At the same time, it provides the necessary parts to replace, all the inconveniences that arise are solved without any problem, its execution shows the knowledge and safety with which it works, worthy of recommending to our family and friends. He is a person who enjoys his work and at the same time gives you a lecture on the subject and some tips that are very helpful. It also gives you support via telephone while you arrive at the place, it never leaves you. Thank you very much for such an excellent service.

Lisandro went over and above, working us in even after a long hot day. His work was thorough, and even though he still had another stop after us he took the necessary time to do a very professional job. I highly recommend this company, and Lisandro personally.

Fast and so friendly. You can tell he is not only good at what he does, but passionate about it. I would definitely use him again! My line was clogged causing my garage to flood and not only did he fix the issue, he went the extra step to sweep as much water as he could out of the garage. He is also my first contractor to wear a mask without me asking and I appreciated the consideration.

Lisandro did a great job! On a Friday afternoon my A/C stopped working, I called Lisandro and within 20 minutes he was at my house. I was so grateful that I didn't have to sit all weekend without A/C. Lisandro was very kind and walked me through each step of what he was doing. He was able to diagnose and fix the issue in less than an hour. Great service, knowledgeable, professional, and very kind! Saved his number in my phone and will not hesitate to call him for future A/C needs.

Lisandro has a true passion for his work and it shows in the end result! I called him because the previous AC service men that I had out hadn’t fixed the problem and mentioned I needed to replace my entire system to fix the problem. Turns out they were just lazy and didn’t take the time and care to fully diagnose the problem.

Lisandro did just that and explained everything to me along the way. I felt heard, understood, and comforted. He’s a true gem and I will continue to use him for any HVAC work needed in the future.

The owner was very knowledgeable and offered good advice to help maintain my unit. I have already put a reminder in my phone to schedule next year’s service with him!

EFFICIENCY, RELIABLE, HIGH LEVEL! Lisandro picked up my phone call and i explain the situation I have with the AC unit and my family member, I have at home with stage 4 cancer and offered his advice on the issues, he knew exactly what’s wrong with our AC just by speaking on the phone. He went ahead to get the parts we need it to fix the problem before he came to our house Lisandro is professional, knowledgeable, and a genuine person (I find it very hard to find specially in the AC industry after we contact 2 big company's in florida). Lisandro took the time to explain and help us understand what is going on with our air conditioning unit.

Service was top notch, very informative on all the steps and procedures fixing my unit. He was also very transparent on pricing and coming from a military member and dealing with base vendors on and off housing across the world, he was the first technician i ever met that stands by his work and speaks intelligently about his trade. 5/5
