David did a good job trying to diagnose the problem. We couldn’t duplicate the symptom/noise while he was here but he took electrical readings and didn’t find any issues.

Hi my name is Tanya and Northeast Fla Heating & Air will be the only HVAC company I will ever use for the rest of my life unless we move out of this area and can't get them to come to wherever we are. Now I know that's a very strong statement but there is a reason for it. My story with NEFH&A started almost 7 years ago when my wonderful mother-in-law paid to have a new heating and AC unit installed in my home. Her great granddaughters were moving in with us and our old system was dying and she didn't want her great grandbabies to be hot. She picked the top of the line Trane system and it has been the best ac unit we've ever had until almost 3 months ago. My husband called NE out to do the yearly maintenance on our unit inside and out and everything was great until a week later when we started getting a red light flashing on the inside unit. We called NE back out, they checked everything but no red light and everything was fine. 2 days later the red light was back and so were the techs. This went on for about 2 months, everything was checked and ruled out as the cause. Matthew got involved and started contacting Trane's headqhuarters to try to get the problem resolved which they finally did by replacing all of the electronic boards in our unit. We only paid for the first service call and because our unit is still under warranty for parts we paid nothing. The techs came out a total of 11 times some of them on Saturdays. In my opinion they went above and beyond what other companies would have done. Not once did I ever get an "Oh it's you again. What's wrong this time? LOL" The people at Northeast Florida heating and air were always super nice always professional and always very helpful. My hat's off to Tracy who was always answering the phone whenever I called and especially to Matthew who was diligent like a bulldog he was not going to give up until he found out exactly what was wrong with our system and got it fixed so it was running like new. And it is running like new. That's why I said they are my heating and air conditioning company for life. Not only that but my mother-in-law has been using them for 25 years. So with us this company is a family thing. We really do want to thank them for fixing our system. Trane is one of the best out there and we really appreciate everything they did to get it working like it's supposed to.

09/26/23 Hi, it's me again. Once again Northeast Florida saved us. About 3 weeks ago the Carrier system in our new house starting having problems. (We moved here 3 years go, the Trane in the old house was still going strong.) We called and NFHA came out and found the problem. Should have been it, easy fix, however Carrier could not get them the part we needed. Tania was so nice and apologetic about not being able to get the part. It was one of the hottest weeks of the year. We went to an Airbnb it was so hot. A week later still no part. You don't have that problem with a Trane system so we had them take out the Carrier and install a Trane. It took them 2 days to get the new system in and about 3 1/2 hours to install. Now you know why Northeast Florida Heating & Air are our only A/C & Heating company for life. THANK YOU everyone at Northeast Florida Heating and Air.

I didn't like that I got a text saying one guy was coming and when I answered the door he said his name was somebody else and then the other guy that was supposed to be there came around the corner I had two people doing my AC work also I didn't like how they tried to sell me a new AC unit when mine is only 7 years old it's not working well but they're not fixing it they just want me to buy a bigger unit, also I didn't care for one of the guys to put his dirty hands on my wall.
