Excellent store to shop for a wide variety of products and brands! The staff has always been accommodating and helpful! Customer service is at the forefront of their priorities!

Dropped off a mower for service a few weeks ago. The two associates in the front had no idea what they were doing. One of them even questioned if they worked on Greenworks products even though my warranty told me to go to this location. The technician on the phone was very helpful, however the turn around time for repair I was quoted at 12 weeks which I think is a bit ridiculous. I browsed the store but the prices were high for the quality. Much cheaper options out there.

Edit- Held on to it for two months. They called me yesterday and said sorry, can't do the work, our technician quit. Come pick up your mower that collected dust just sitting for 2 months. Absolutely a was of money, gas, time. Totally unacceptable. Who operates a business like this?

Dropped off our lawn mower 3 months ago and was told it would take 3 to 4 months to fix the mower which was under warranty. Just received a phone call to come pick it up, stating that they won’t fix it because they don’t have a technician.

Thank you Northern Tool for holding our lawn mower for 3 full months just to decide not to fix it. Absolute joke of a company, please do not do business with them. A lawn mower is not a simple item to transport. GIGANTIC waste of time.

Tracy was extremely unprofessional on the phone and called my husband “baby” twice while informing us they can’t do what they were hired for.

I pray this company goes out of business.

This is by far the best general tool store in Pensacola. Prices are fair, store is always clean, and seems to be stocked, but the staff sets it apart. Friendly, helpful and willing to do what it takes to make things right, (tools do break). Store's manager is fantastic, their repair personnel are great as well. Cannot recommend highly enough.

I really like northern tool and equipment. I have been buying parts from there online and catalog for over 30 years they would be better off sticking to the catalog. If they cannot find better help all I was looking for was a simple part a plug for a northern star pump, the only helpful information I got was to Jack’s parts then I followed up to ask was there any other way and all they could tell me was sell me another pump at $900 stick to the catalog or online store. Don’t waste your time.at this establishment.

I had to get my pressure washer serviced and the technician did a great job and is a very friendly guy. He kept me up to date with everything and definitely my go to for any future repairs.

I like the store a lot. Very helpful staff and sometimes prices are higher than competitors but you have consistent quality.

The maintenance technician Jamie showed patience and went above and beyond showing tips on making my pressure washer pump last longer since I’m learning. This is my go to location for future services and purchases. Big thanks to you guys to get me back up and running!

After my recent large purchase of a zero-turn mower I was very well pleased with the service technician that runs the parts department. He was very helpful and he took the time to acquaint us with the mower and answered all our questions. He also made adjustments to the machine so that it was more comfortable to use. I appreciate his courtesy and respectful attitude. I recommend him!

Generator went out while we were working.brought it up to the shop and were taking care of immediately. Jamie is very knowledgeable and had us back and running in no time. If you ever have any issues with a small engine Jamie is the man to see! He’ll get you right!
