The worst company, I called to make an appointment to fix the hose that they themselves connected to the gas tank and I've been waiting 25 days and they still haven't come

The worst company, not sure how they stay in business. Horrible billing practices. Not reliable for delivery. If you have a food truck or restaurant look for other options.

I used to count on them to fill my propane tank so i would not have to pack up our 40ft Diesel Pusher Motorhome and drive it Several miles just for propane and then set back up which is an all day event. I called to get filled up and was told their insurance no longer allows them to fill RV's, BUT, I could take the tank out of the RV and bring it in to be filled? I informed her that the tank is a 140lb tank which cant be removed without being in a shop with a forklift. Absolutely rediculous. I said that the connections are all the same as when the come and fill tge huge tank used for heating our pool at the resort. She said it the location of the tan. The tank is no less accessible the that of a park model who can get a refill. I even offered to release liability. But no.common sense dictates that there is no difference between filling my RV tank or the tank for the pool heater. You pull a hose from a truck to reach either one that have the same filling procedure. Mine just holds A LOT LESS of the gas. Rediculous.so lets just make it difficult for stationary Rv to get fuel needed to cook and heat.can you say Ignorant! Oh but wait. It the insurance companies fault.

UPDATE as of 4/27/2023:
The owner has reached out to me to resolve my issues. He has replaced the edging along our flower beds and also the little fence in front of it. He has also generously adjusted our bill and we are very satisfied with the outcome. Thank you!

I have been a customer of theirs since 2003 and I don't even know why I stayed with them for so long since they could care less about their customers. Back in December 2022, their driver ran their big tank truck over the newly installed edging of our flower bed and damaged it. I was home at the time and witnessed the incident and the driver doing it. I called and sent emails with pictures explaining what happened to Lisa and Lisa Marie, and they supposedly passed it on to their General manager and owner named Josh. It is now the end of March 2023 and they still have not responded to me. Not only that but they have the nerve to try and bill me for 3 months of service in the meantime! I called again and explained to them that they will not be paid until they fix the damages that their driver caused at our property. And again, Lisa said that she will give Josh the message. These people are the worse and I will be reporting them to the BBB and will be taking my business elsewhere. They clearly do not value their customers much less their longtime customers. There are so many other propane companies out there that we can choose from and it is too bad that they don't care about losing clients. Read all the reviews.there's a definite reason as to why they are only rated 3 stars.

Been without gas for a week now, and today is my delivery day so i call in for a better idea of when the driver will be here since im on the schedule id assume they have an idea of when they would be to my address.but the customer service agent informed me that there isn't a delivery window and they could be there anytime from 8am-4pm which is annoying. Luckily they arrived around 11am and i got a great service tech (paul) who was fast and very helpful.i was able to pay cash which i was pleased with that! Overall good service, just wish you guys had a better delivery window.

Terrible company. For starters, they did not permit the work they did on my property to install a gas line to my pool heater. Second, Lisa (who works in billing) explained to me that a 150 deposit would be charged to my card so that I could book appointment for service. The company showed late to the job, never provided an estimate for parts or labor, and then randomly started charging my credit card for whatever amount they chose. I did not want the full payment applied to the card I provided for the deposit, they decided to charge it anyways without a proper credit card authorization. Then, when working through the process with my pool builder to understand why this was not properly permitted and inspected, they threatened to cap my gas line, having never even filled my tank. I decided to work with them because I wanted to support a locally owned business - this was a mistake. They are a shady company with shady billing practices. Unfortunately, have to recommend that you stick with the larger corporate companies because these people will commit fraud, and then try and threaten you with actions they can’t even legally take.

Terrible customer service! Trying to support small business backfired; the first thing I hear from the employee is that I need to hurry because he goes to lunch from 12-1 and he likes his lunchtime. I needed to fill 2 tanks and told him one was about half full; I was informed that it was $26 for each tank ($5.77 a gallon if empty) no matter if it was half full or not. Company rules…
Needless to say I took my business to Tracker Supply and paid only by the gallon (3.79) for what it took to fill up each tank…Northside obviously doesn’t need the business that bad at those prices and that service.
