Nothing Bundt Cakes, Fort Myers FL

I ordered a large Bundt cake and an individual one, gluten free. When the order was picked up the individual cake was not included.
It was realized at the party afterwards, we were a half an hour away and the store was closed.
I went to the store Saturday and was told a refund would be issued, but if it didn’t show up in a couple days, call them.
To begin with I would have thought the
2 cakes would be set together or someone would have actually read the order when handing it out.
Secondly, why would the girl tell me to call if I didn’t get the refund? Sounds like this might be a regular issue if she made it a point to tell me that.
I still have not received the refund and at this point could care less about the $ because this whole experience along with the fact that girls at the register could not have cared less, makes more of an impression to me.
Customer service… not impressed.
The cakes are good but this experience has not been. Disappointed!

Stopped by on a whim and got great service and recommendations from Jaydin. The cakes were tasty and fresh, will definitely be back!

I visited this location for the first time on my birthday! My friend and I were served by Lina, one of the most friendly and welcoming hosts I’ve met! Amazing experience!:)

The way the lady was speaking to the guest before me and me was quite rude. I was asking some questions and she cut me off several times telling me I needed to pay. I was paying; I just had a few questions… there was no one else in the store; it was quite strange. Maybe listen to the questions and provide some service before bull dozing your clients. I won’t be back.

I stopped in to redeem a coupon for an individually sized cake this week. White Chocolate Raspberry was suggested by the employee. I planned to share it 50/50 with my husband but after one bite I changed my mind and only gave him a forkful! It was one of the best cakes I've ever had! Pleasant employees and ample parking.

I frequent the nothing Bundt in Naples and have never had an issue however I came to the Fort Myers Location as it is closer to where I live for a birthday bundtlet and another one that I purchased. While the man who assisted me was kind and friendly the cakes appearance were not up to par. The cakes were misshapen as if they overflowed from the pan while baking and they shoved them in the containers and were frosted haphazardly. The red velvets frosting stuck to the top of the container upon opening as the cake did not fit due to overflowing from baking. See photos. I was disappointed in this - based on the price of the cakes you expect them to look the part. To send this on home the last photo I added is of a Bundt cake I personally baked from scratch and frosted myself as well and if I can do better then a professional we have a problem.

I really like this place because they have a variety of very delicious cakes, the customer service is very good.

One of the best cakes I've had. I purchased a White Chocolate Raspberry cake for a birthday. This cake was moist and delicious, one of my guests stated they usually don't even like cake and loved this one. The cake was beautifully presented and easy to transport. Everyone gushed over how pretty it was.

I've been here 2 times and both times been disappointed. Today was my husband's birthday as he was opening the door 4: 58 pm they closed the door and said we are closed. Not exactly customer service.

I almost feel bad for rating this place I frequent so often so low, but I can’t take it anymore. This is not to the franchise owner, but rather to people (seemingly of a darker hue) that may want to patron this “bakery. ” I went to put in a cake order for my parents wedding, the cashier (an elderly woman) was short with me the entire time as if my mere presence bothered her. She rushed me through my order, and when I asked about purchasing cutlery and plates since y’know we planned on eating the cake! She rolled her eyes and told me to just focus on the cake order so they can just get it done quickly. Fine. The next problem came up when she just left the cash register and went to the back where they frost the cakes, she isn’t the froster (I know the froster). I was there holding the packet of plastic and paper ware while they all stayed in the back laughing and talking. If you got through this review, this the behavior and attitude of all the older staff, super rude and uncourteous if you don’t look like them. I will continue to patron this business because I truly enjoy their products, but if I see any of the older staff at the cash register, I’m turning around and leaving.

So, it was the day before my gf's birthday. As usual, I was suffering from "memory loss" and I needed to scramble to get something arranged. I recalled how delicious this company's cakes were, so I went to their website to place an online order for delivery to my gf's office the next day. I felt like a genius.

Alas, they were all booked, and had no availability. In desperation, I called and begged the kind lady to accept my order, explaining how much I didn't want to be in the doghouse. She was so nice and understanding, and decided to include my order (10" white chocolate rasberry bundt) in the next day's deliveries. Order came on time the next day and was a big hit in he office. Victory was mine!

In this age of terrible customer service, this location proved to me that quality still exists. I am still grateful, months later, that she came thru. Fellas, be sure not to wait til the last minute like me. But if you do, this location may still save you.

Absolutely love this bakery! The monthly flavors are usually the ones I get when I go in. January’s flavor of the month was the Lemon Raspberry and I thought that was amazing until I had the Oreo for February - so GOOD! Must try on your birthday because you get a free bundtlet

Great customer service at this location. I scheduled the wrong date for my delivery and Kylie and the owner went out of their way to make sure my delivery was sent out on the same day. They helped make my sisters graduation that much more special which was so nice! Also the cake was perfect! Highly recommend this place for any sort of special occasion.

Today was my second time purchase for a special occasion. It's my parents 9th wedding anniversary. So I purchased a red velvet 8" inch cake with a red flower that had white dove wings. And a God bless message Banner plus a happy Anniversary banner as well. Plus I found on the counter a #9 candle that was added. The Presentation was beautiful. My parents were taken back how beautiful and how delicious and moist the cake was. I will continue to purchase all my cakes here for now on.

First I want to say I’ve been here like 5 times and have always been satisfied. I decided to wait til today to be fair to do this review. I ordered two dozen assorted mini cupcakes and one individual for a birthday party last Saturday. I should have known better and opened the box before leaving the store. I believe it was Billy who assisted me. I got home opened the boxes and the cupcakes were upside down. I was devastated when I saw it. There went the 11 year old birthday cupcakes. I called the store the gentleman told me to bring them back. I told him no way from Lehigh. I’m not saying it wasn’t me but for close to 80 dollar cupcakes I was very careful how I handled the boxes. I’m just suggesting everyone look at your stuff before you leave. I wouldn’t want anyone to experience what happen to me.
