Nourish With Noor- Noor Taraben RD, LDN, Davie FL

This review is long overdue but working with Noor has been a blessing. I was diagnosed with an eating disorder over a year ago, and I would buy grocery only to then not eat them and throw them out. It was a vicious cycle. Although I didn’t get to entirely finish the modules as I would have liked too (I was battling with a lot- I had three eye surgeries in a course of a two month span), I did learn a lot. Noor has been so supportive on my journey, she’d check in with me time to time to see how I was feeling, and I was so comfortable with her to show her my small wins and even more open to posting them in the group. Overall, she’s fantastic and I love how she supports you in all of your aspirations, not just for nutrition. Because of her, I was able to slowly heal my relationship with my food, I’m slowly getting better at not wasting, and I quit a job that I was desperately unhappy at. She is so bright, encouraging, and warm. I can’t thank her enough for the progress I’ve made. Noor, May Allah SWT bless you immensely. Ameen.
