Back when we first started working with Amy we were upside down on our home, had close to $80K in debt, owned 1 old car, and had less than $500 in our bank account. The original person I worked with suddenly left the company without notice from him or the firm. I received no contact from the firm for more than two weeks. When I was able to discuss my expectations with our new account manager, she said she was unable to help me. I was left to handle all of my positions on my own and close up all the loose ends. The office manager, however, was helpful and courteous.

My father and I had funds with our bank Wells Fargo, for about 10 years, we never really paid attention to the account. Just put the money there and let it go, Wells Fargo never really updated us much; which we did not realize until my mothers passing; we just thought she kept it all aligned. Well after her passing, we started looking into things, and realized this account we opened had barely grown at all in 10 years! I reached out to Nova and they were great helping us get everything we needed from Wells Fargo and we opened our new account with them with investing. We have made more with them in the past year than I think we could have ever made with Wells Fargo. It is nice to know someone is constantly in the account making adjustments, we have weekly updates on our account standings. Anytime we have a question we are responded to within a day; normally the same day! We took an aggressive approach and could not be happier with Nova!
