NSB Vacation Home, New Smyrna Beach FL

Wow, this place was really stunning! I truly can't say enough good things about staying here. We spent a night at the Lantana unit on Hope. The home is 100% remodeled in a gorgeous contemporary style, but one that is completely comfortable and luxurious. I was worried a 1 bedroom unit might feel small and cramped but the layout was so well done it was more than enough for the two of us. Everything was spotless and new - an Immaculate kitchen, super comfy king size bed, a large bathroom and shower with multiple shower heads so enticing it will make you linger longer than necessary just enjoying the day-spa-like relaxation it provides. I've stayed many places in New Smyrna Beach over the years and I've never seen the level of thoughtful detail put into a place like this. No corner was cut, nothing was skimped on, and it shows. The outside is terrific as well. Pergola and seating area up front, a cool outdoor shower made from a surfboard, a private area in the back. All of this and only 3 house from the beach! 5 stars!

Perfection is the best word I can think of to describe NSB Vacation Homes. I have had the pleasure of staying not only at the “Dune Daisy” unit but also at the “Namaste Here” and both had their own feel but at the same time had all the hook ups. The modern yet unique ocean decor sets your mind at ease and lets you fully submerge into the beach lifestyle. Comfortable beds, clean towels and sheets, all the appliances you need and complete with not only an outdoor shower but also a killer indoor shower set up NSB Vacation Homes are a 5 star for me every time.

What an amazing spot! Phenomenal location and such great energy. I’ve never encountered a more gracious and hospitable host and the place was just perfect - especially the outdoor area which was great for people watching but also had a great sense of privacy. The heated outdoor shower was an added bonus! Highly recommend! (even though I hesitate to do so because I want to keep this gem to myself lol)

My wife and I stayed at for a long weekend and had a wonderful experience. I’m not someone who typically leaves Airbnb reviews, however after my recent stay at Lantana I felt obliged to let others know about Bill and this place. Everything listed in the description is 100% accurate. The place was clean, well designed, spacious, and had everything we needed. The location is great as it’s less than a block from the beach and is within walking distance to restaurants, bars, shops, etc.on Flagler Ave. All of the amenities were top-notch and brand new. There’s also a large office / workspace in the back which has a spare monitor, printer, large desk, computer chair, and great Wi-Fi…this was perfect for me b/c I had to work remotely for a day during my trip. Bill is an excellent host! He was very responsive leading up to and during our stay! We’d highly recommend this place to anyone visiting NSB! My wife and I will definitely back next time we’re in NSB. Thanks again Bill!

Really close to all the fun spots, just a few short blocks to beach access, a nice patio to have coffee on in the AM and unwind and have a few drinks in the PM.

It’s not always easy to find a place that’s close to everything, quiet, stylish and comfortable. This place checks off all those things. I loved being able to walk to the beach, playground, restaurants and shops and then come home to an immaculate space with everything we needed. The home is newly remodeled and the owner didn’t cut any corners on furnishings, art (actual oil paintings), kitchen items, appliances, and bedding. And oh.em.gee. The water pressure! Endless hot water on demand—not that trickle that some rentals use to restrict water usage. There is even hot water available for the outdoor shower. And not to keep harping on water, but the fridge water is filtered so you don’t have to buy water while you’re out.

Everything is new and spotless. I had no trouble preparing a meal in the kitchen, which has new pans, baking sheets, and ALL the measuring spoons. As someone who usually travels with her own pillow and forgot to this time, I was happily surprised that all the beds have two sets of pillows so you can figure out which is right for you.

I stayed at the house with a friend and my 5-year-old and felt perfectly safe there and walking through the neighborhood to Flagler Avenue. Our bikes were stored in the back and unlocked without incident. The house is divided into a triplex that looks like it recently underwent a solid renovation. It was quiet and offered privacy between guests. There is thoughtful landscaping and timed outdoor lights set for after dusk. We spent most of our time at the Sea Grape enjoying the outdoor sitting areas, which all offer shade and ocean breezes. If it’s available, book it. It’s better than a home away from home.

Lantana was a wonderful place to stay. Bill has made it very comfortable. The location was great. Left car in driveway and walked to restaurants and beach. Bill was easy to communicate with and responded quickly. Highly recommend this property and would return.

We have stayed at several of the nsb vacation homes hosted by Bill! The decor is new and modern with everything you could need on your stay. From the modern wall art to high end appliances and bedding.all awesome! The outdoor areas are beautiful landscaped with palm trees and plants. Very relaxing to sit outside in the Adirondack chairs under the pergola after a day on the beach! Bill is always available to help with anything else you may want or need. Highly recommend and I will be back! I also will be buying some of the items found in this home for my own home! It’s that nice!

Our one-month stay at Lantana was beyond belief. Our spacious one-bedroom and bath exceeded our expectations as it was completely remodeled inside & out. Bill's impeccable modern style and interior design elements throughout the unit is a testament to his extensive background, experience, and artistic ability. This beach bungalow has everything you dream about when considering a vacation with it's close proximity to the beach, restaurants, shopping and of course all of the Flagler Avenue activities. The amenities are so numerous, it's impossible to share them all and Bill's genuine good humor and attentiveness were a welcome addition to our outstanding stay.

Bill was an excellent host with easy-to-follow checkin instructions and a cute place. The duplex was in the absolute perfect location. It was within walking distance to the beach for morning walks with coffee but also the bars for a few drinks with friends and family. The place itself was clean, cute and perfect for our needs. We loved it so much we might buy our own house in new Smyrna!

What a great place to stay in New Smyrna Beach! We had the Namaste Here side of the property and could not have been happier.

Bill was super easy to work with and flexible with our travel plans. The property was well equipped and it was easy to find everything (even the hidden drawers in the kitchen for those of you who read through the property binder).

We were fortunate to take in a lot of Beach walks since the beach is a very short and easy walk from the property. The highlight had to be the Falcon Heavy launch - super cool!

Awesome! Top shelf experience. Every amenity you will need and some for a beach house. Bill is accommodating, responsive, and has a lot of information for you. Enjoy!

What a fantastic place!
Our house has been under construction for the past few weeks so we decided to get away for a few days. From the moment we pulled into the drive we knew we were going to have a great stay!
The unit is half of a duplex each side has its own driveway patio with a bar area and yard, it’s very private. It is centrally located, walk to everything. The unit itself is beautiful, better than described, the pictures do not do it justice. The place was super clean!
It’s a two bedroom, 1 king, 2 twin beds, 1 full bath (shower only) but what a shower it is! It has multiple sprayers and a waterfall feature, very luxurious!
The kitchen is amazing, it’s huge w beautiful cabinets new appliances lots of space and a very serene color scheme.
The TVs were easy to use, house rules communicated clearly, lots of communication from the host was available, restaurants and things to do in the area.
We are a family of 4 and already rebooked our stay for 2 weeks in the summer!

The place was perfect. Really cool decor with a beach vibe. Bed is so comfortable. We slept really well. Bathroom and kitchen is modern with new appliances. Location was also perfect. Within walking distance to downtown and the beach. Breakfast lunch and dinner a block away. Cool place to hang out outside of the unit. The host is so handsome witty and knowledgeable.

This place was fantastic. Every detail, high end finishes, super clean and comfortable. Incredible outdoor space, ocean breezes. Huge well appointed kitchen, Great location, in the heart of everything, and all within walking distance. I would say all the comforts of home, but honestly, my home is not this nice.
Bill, the host is not only the designer but also the builder that remodeled the place and knows everything about it and New Smyrna Beach. Can make some great recommendations. Stay here once, and you'll be back.

This spot was the perfect location. 5 minute walk to the beach, coffee, food and drinks. Great location, the house was decorated so nice and it felt private even being on the corner. Very comfortable - home away from home vibe. Bill was an awesome host and made you feel like if you needed anything he was just a call/text away!

This home was set up perfectly for our annual beach trip. Location was close to beach, Flagler Ave and all the things we love about NSB. The home was clean, well kept, and made our stay comfortable. We plan to come back and stay again.
