NSI NeuroSkeletal Imaging of Orlando

I would give this place zero stars if that was an option. They don’t know what they r doing insurance wise. I spend hours trying to get approvals when they had the wrong info. And then turns out all of a sudden they no longer take my sons insurance even though his insurance approved the MRI with them! It’s so frustrating to jump through hoops to then be told they can’t help u anymore the day before his appt. I’m so angry and feel this place is horrible! If u r using insurance go somewhere else! Never again!

I have severe claustrophobia, so MRIs are my worse nightmare. Jared and Ansel were very sympathetic. Thanks to them, this the easiest scan I have ever had! I can not possibly recommend them and NSI any more highly!

Trying to perform the MRI and I lost it. Big panic attack. Bob was super patient and made sure I knew was ok. He went the extra mile and contacted my doctor to see if a more open image machine was acceptable and got me schedule the same day! Bob rocks!

Cassidy is the best technician I have ever encountered. I greatly appreciate the space and vibe she creates to ensure you are comfortable and not anxious. She answered every question and did so with a great attitude and smile. I wish I could just go back to see her with all of my medical needs. Thank you from the bottom of my heart Cassidy. ️

What can I say these tech.was so friendly explaining everything to me because I was so afraid to go in the machine.i was there twice in 2 weeks and I can truly say Ansel was my first tech.just sooo good and friendly. 2nd time Jared was assisting and they made me feel so relaxed.if I ever need another mri.this will b the place for me.clean, location is on point.jared and Ansel make this place for me!

I’m very happy with my experience at NSI, the staff starting with the friendly ladies at check in, and the ease that your techs Ansel and David exuded, made my test go so smoothly

I have been a patient of NSI for years. The quality of equipment and care I have received are always outstanding. I recently had an MRI with Dave and an MRA with Ansel. Both of these guys were kind and efficient and made me feel so comfortable.

Ansel was awesome, made me feel comfortable for my MRI, and seems like a cool guy. Used my preferred name and pronouns, and the IV application went smoothly. Thanks y'all!

I have gone to NSI Orlando office several times for different types of testing. The staff from the front desk to technicians provide great customer service. Sometimes the wait can be a little longer than expected at times. I went for an MRI for the first time. Mr. Ansel who was the tech explained the process. In between testing he would verify that I was doing ok. The process was long as I had 2 different MRI’s being done. Excellent work Mr. Ansel.

The gentleman at the front/check-in desk (I'm sorry I didn't get his name), Bob and Kevin are all fantastic. Very professional, friendly and helpful. A really great facility with awesome staff!

Easy process. Got there 10 mins esrly, filled out my paperwork and gor my CT scan done in under 30 mins. Kristina was great, she took no time to get me settled and over with the proedure. Overall great experience.

Sydney in scheduling was extremely friendly. Same day service for my aunt who needed MRI. Good location, friendly front desk staff. Great experience!

The service was fast and great. They took care of my concerns and Jared did an excellent job of keeping my informed. Great job!

Ansel and David were so kind. It was my first time coming to NSI and I will definitely keep NSI in mind for any future imaging because of them: David really went out of his way to make both me and my daughter comfortable while I got my MRI done. Ansel was quick which made it easy for me to complete my imaging and go about my day. We definitely need more of these gentlemen!

The technical Angel was very nice & was helpful with my look making sure l was ok. Great young man. Wish all tech was like him. Also your receptionist Jessica & Kenza went out there way to get me in today even though l didn't have one scheduled for today l had wrote the wrong date.on my Calendar. Wil highly recommend this place.wish l could take them out for lunch. But l'm unable because l has another appointment to go to today.
Theses worker are keeper.

This is my second time to NSI in Orlando in 16months and the facility is always very clean and staff is prompt.
Allanis at the front desk and the MRI tech team David and Jared all very attentive and helpful.
