NSPIRE Healthcare Lauderhill reviews
16This place is amazing! The staff are very helpful and compassionate with the care that my grandmother is receiving. Administration team is great as well. Thank you
My mom is not being taken care of properly… sickened by the huge sores on her bottom. I won’t add the picture I took after she was taken to the hospital for being lethargic for hours and was not responding as usual.
I nothing but good things to say about Nspire and their staff. This was the first time I ever had to put my mother in a facility. When I got there late one night Khisha waited for me to help me with the process. Once there she came into the room and saw how sad I was and gave me a hug. That compassion was highly appreciated. That same night later on Khisha called to see how I was doing and said that my mother will be taking care of the way she needs. I can say that I haven't seen my mother so happy and she seems very happy and has even made friends. I eve n made friends with the staff. I am very grateful to have her at Nspire.
Ms. Everett was helpful and kind and the nurse that brought my friend to the activity room was attentive to the patients needs.
I have a good and bad review for this establishment. The administration part was pretty good but the nursing is another story. I wasn’t aware of a lot of things happening with my loved one until it was to late. He wasn’t taken care of properly and I’m ver upset to find out what was possibly taken place here. I wouldn’t suggest this place for anyone for their loved ones.
Excellent staff! Toro, the administrator is an awesome person and Mariana, the company’s president is very caring and supportive to her staff
Very organized, clean and friendly, helpful, caring staff.
Thank you for taking such great care of my uncle Raul!
NSPIRE serves the community with skilled nursing care and assist the individuals in need of long term and short term care often with limited financial resources or family interaction.the psychological impact of aging and disability causes tremendous stress on health care provideds globally. Acknowledgement and respect should always be given to all health care workers especially in community settings such as NSPIRE. Although COVID has restricted family gatherings NSPIRE tries to accomidated as best as possible family visits. Change is always difficult for all members and transitioning with an agency you can trust is imperative NSPIRE provides that understanding.
As a first-time visitor, I was treated by the entry staff very politely. And also by the staff at the nurse's station. Very professional and helpful.
The staff was friendly and the environment was clean I feel relieved knowing my loved one is in their care.
I say an 8 everything was good until I got to my sister's room. The room was not clean. There was trash on the floor and a worm behind the chair by here bed. Other than that everything was good. The staff is wonderful people and very helpful. My sister love them. Prayerfully they continue to be kind and helpful.
I’ve placed my sister in the care of Nspire Health Care and after just one week I feel confident that the staff is very compassionate and capable of helping my sister be her best self. Thank you
I must say I was nervous putting my grandma here Longterm, but they just renovated and the place is very clean it doesn’t smell at all like some places I visited. Everyone was smiling and welcoming me I appreciate that the most. The admissions lady she was so bubbly and made everything peaceful for me to say yes to admitting my grandma. I know I made the right decision.
Very happy with the care you give my mother, I appreciate the updates I receive from you. Sincerely John Lilley, Marjorie Coulter's son. Thanks for everything.
Horrible place, never call back, never can talk to a nurse. 3 weeks and my mother still hasn't been testing. Sometimes patients answer the front desk phone since the receptionist is not there during business hours.
This place should be shut down and let it burn in Hell!
This is the worst facility to ever put your loved one in there disrespectful they don't care about the patients, they treat the family members like s*** they talked to them any kind of way, the facility is not clean
