Francis was very sweet and knowledgeable about what she does. I did get the wet set done which I loved. She also called me to follow up on how satisfied I was.

5 star service definitely I’m a jitterbug and cannot sit still to save my life and Francis still did her thing I also love how she went thru styles curls and everything she has reference images after care cards anything I may have needed / wanted to know she was able to answer all I’m sayin is I’m definitely going back

Francis is the only person I’ll go to for my lashes. They always come out looking amazing. She does such an amazing job!

Do not come to this place. This is Jelena Giles writing on my daughter’s behalf. They just let me know the new address on my way 20 minutes prior to my appointment on Sunday. My deposit was supposed to be $ 25. Instead they charge $125 for canceling my appointment in advance. They told me they won’t charge anything for canceling due to the inconvenience. I tried calling multiple times and let them know I was here at their old salon place and nobody was there. They take cash only in the weekends. I didn’t get no further notifications or confirmation from them. This place is unprofessional, sketchy and a scam! Don’t believe these great reviews they are writing! I’m disputing your transaction to the bank so you won’t keep our money! Fake!

Went to 6 lash studio is Jacksonville was very upset. Each set would fall off. Came to this beautiful spa I was completely in shock by the professional staff, the atmosphere and my lashes. Not one lash has falling off no burning no itching nothing. Thank you so much I would highly recommend Francis
