Mike Shirinian was extremely professional. He posted a X5 Red V8 2004 on Facebook I text him if the car was still available he said yes. Then I said I live 3 hours away can I put a deposit down so no one takes it, he said of course but before You do that he first said let’s do a FaceTime chat so I can show you the car before you give me the deposit I was like wow that is awesome. So we did and he went thru everything on the car while FaceTiming. Drove with my wife the next day to pick up the car. It was exactly what he had showed me. His staff was very helpful as well. When paying for the vehicle he was very flexible. Since I ended up paying with three credit cards. Overall visiting NO 1 Aut Sales was the best experience I ever had when buying a car. If I ever want another car I will definitely come back to Mike just cause he treated me like family. Thank you Mike

Wrote an email to ask specific question all they did was say yes the cars still available then asked the question over again because I wasn’t asking if the car was available I was asking if about the car they had and the condition it was in. I’m not going to drive from Palm Beach to go see a car that I wouldn’t want. Again same thing “yes it’s still available come check it out. ” No thank you, get someone better answering emails. I would have bought the car now I’d never waste my time.

I drove all the way from Palm Beach to this place, saw a car I was interested in, 2004 Nissan 350Z white with a carbon fiber hood/black wing, nice rims. Met David who pretty much left me to check out the car. It was near closing, so the paperwork had to wait until Monday, as this was Saturday. I didn't hear back from David on Monday so I left 2 messages with the women who answers the phone. No call back. Tuesday came and went, no call back. Finally on Wednesday I called and asked that my application be mailed back to me because it had all my information on it. David was busy, so I told the receptionist and she said she would tell David. I also said if they didn't I would call the police. (Small mom & pop unfamiliar to me, can't trust many with your information.) Due to no one returning my calls.
Funny thing, I asked for a Carfax report which David showed me a generic one that tells you nothing very little. I don't understand why he never returned my calls but could it be he was hiding something that he didn't want to produce a real Carfax report?
I don't know and it saddens me because it was a nice car, but looks aren't everything.
Buyer beware. Ask for real Carfaxes.
