I first signed up to just try the quality of the meals, and to try a different meal prep company. I immediately cancelled my membership with the other! The nutrition solutions meals are so good, I feel like they can't be good for me. BUT THEY ARE!

This would have been a 5 star review, however I have had some issues with some meals arriving that were not at a safe temperature to consume. Furthermore, I have received the incorrect meal plan 3 times. YET, Candi and Billy have worked with me in detail to get things corrected.

They have set a standard that is so good, and the food quality, along with taste that it will be hard to leave!

I have been getting the shred meals for over a month now and am very please. Everything has tasted good. Easy to heat up with plenty of options. It is easy to stop a shipment for a week or change up the meal plan you want. My husband even liked one of the chicken meals and that is a rare thing to happen.

I am quite impressed with Nutrition Solutions, both as a values-driven company and in terms of the quality of their product. The meals are creative and delicious, including their desserts! I have an insatiable (lol) sweet tooth and it feels wonderful to have dessert every night after dinner without having to worry about going over macros.

Occasionally you'll get a missed item, but the customer service is responsive and works diligently to correct any errors. That's more than I can say about most companies out there, meal prep or otherwise. The customer service is quick, personable, and their folks are only a call or text message away. Just be patient with the occasional (and I do mean occasional) slip up. This is a veteran owned small business, with a diverse staff. You can't hold certain logistic to the standard of a large faceless corporation. I'll stick with supporting the small business any day of the week, especially given the quality of their meals and customer support. In the times I've used them, I've been completely satisfied. And yes, YOU WILL SEE RESULTS! The service is an investment in yourself. You are worth whatever sacrifice you have to make to get your health on track and reach your goals. Great service. As someone who's always struggled with their dieting both in general and when in training, Nutrition Solutions makes clean eating so much more convenient, simpler and easier. We all have busy lives and can't always go out grocery shopping and then cooking all that food. This solves all of that.

Your macros are pre-counted and you know every single solitary ingredient going into your body, so tracking my macros is basically done for me. Perfect. This isn't the cheapest option, but you are the getting the highest quality foods and premium ingredients, all ready-made for you to pop in a microwave or oven. Customer service has been excellent in my experience with them as well.

Dieting is 90% of the issue when you're really serious about exercising fat loss (you can't out-train a bad diet), so this is awesome. I've never been more confident about reaching my goals.
