NUVO SUITES HOTEL, Miami FL

Hotel is great. Front desk manager JORGE is going extra mile for his customers. Jorge was very accommodating during my trip. Provided me with directions to my work site, explained all the hotel amenities. I would highly recommend this hotel both for business and leisure. There is kitchen, so the family can enjoy staying at the hotel and prepare their own meals, spend time at the outdoor pool with jacuzzi. There is also free breakfast - very tasty and convenient valet parking where you are getting your car back immediately.

I had a fantastic experience! The hotel was super nice. I enjoyed a nice evening at the pool and the staff was amazing specially Douglas, Gladys and Roberto. I would definitely stay here again! Thank you for the nice hospitality.

Stayed there a week ago and The room was nice and clean. Guy at front desk was very cool. Problem is that they make you use their 3rd party Valet and these guy allowed a building resident to Park in the Valet space next to my Rental Car and the guy Crashed into my Parked rental car. A 2021 Dodge Charger. I had to make a police report and the Hotel Management offered me nothing in form of a call to speak on it, no discount on stay, I was told Valet is from a 3rd party (non English speaking either) that's it. Then today I call to book a stay because I did like the hotel room, and the woman told me to call back to make a reservation because the front desk in not attended and she needs to go to the desk. Now make it make since to me because I thought the front desk is where the phones are that you're answering to even take my call.

The hotel was very nice. I went on a solo trip and felt safe the entire time. The staff was very friendly. I loved the setup of the pool area. They have bikes available to rent for free so I took one out and rode in the area. It’s right across from the Miami International Mall and super close to another mall. It’s only about a 10 min drive to the airport. It always smelled like someone had just cleaned/mopped which I loved. The negative is for some reason every day the cleaning lady would only give ONE face towel. The breakfast was just okay.

It was great! The only two things that I would've liked was hangers in the closet to hang up clothes and bacon served at breakfast. Other than that everything was amazing. Kind staff and beautiful place.

Marlenis and mireyas from the breakfast area were amazing. Very attentive. I came for my daughters 15s to celebrate and when she came down on Sunday they sang her happy birthday and made her feel so special. Thank you for making my stay great.

Staff was friendly and helpful, free breakfast and parking, and location was closed by pretty much everything we did in Miami area. We didn’t get to spent much time here and enjoy the pool or the 2 big screens because our day was busy with other activities…… highly recommend

Excellent service, the employees are kind and attentive. The room was clean and functional. My expectations were exceeded.

Issues with satellite and broken springs on bed. Bed was fixed quickly but still uncomfortable. Pool bar was great should stay open later on weekends just my opinion. We upgraded to new room which was awesome. Staff was great and friendly.

After a long hectic day of travel we finally got to check in at 1am, over tired and frazzled. The night audit at front desk, Robert, couldn't have been more gracious and comforting. We had an oversized vehicle that I could tell was going to be a challenge to park (and the last thing I wanted to deal with in the moment) but Robert seamlessly coordinated with the helpful valet and night security, Anselmo, to find parking solutions that made it a stress-free breeze. This place truly understands and prioritizes customer service, a refreshing change in this day and age. Thanks for a wonderful experience and comfortable stay.

They’re the worst! Stay away from this place! I stayed there 2 days and they charged my credit card for 4 nights. They admitted the mistake and told me they were going to refund me. I’ve been writing tons of emails and never had my money back. Go somewhere else!

So far so good we've been here one night so far the beds were incredibly comfortable. The pool area is beautiful. We enjoyed our breakfast here as well. All the staff had been extremely helpful and nice.

Stayed free through Nicklaus Childrens hospital for my daughters open heart surgery! The hotel gives free nights to the hospital for families in need! ️
