Oak Hammock Park reviews
16Good job @cityofsunrise this park is great to host events and it’s clean looking. It has many areas of interest, for example; a long and winding dock, a camping/in the woods area, soft rubber track (perfect for the knees) and a kids play jungle gym area. Also there are two entrances.
My grandson loves this park. It's clean and well maintained. Walking on the boardwalk is fun!
Was looking for a place to walk and I came across this little park. It was really nice with lots of trees and shaded areas. There was also a little boardwalk trail over some marshy area. There is a decent size playground for the kids and also a couple of benches to sit down and have a picnic. I didn't really see any barbecues. There is public restrooms. The park is small so don't expect anything big but they do have a nice trail for walking or bicycling.
A lot of shade and different obstacles for kids. Parking is right next to the play area too.
I took my Granddaughter to this park as we are new to living in this area. They have a great playground and swings which she loves. Beautiful park! Even have a small area for toddlers. Love it! We will be back
Wow didn’t even know this beautiful well kept park existed! Great for kids and great for walking the trail.
Lovely park with play area, nature area, party area and more. You won't be able to spot all that from the street though so go in and walk to be surprised with how much the park unfolds before your eyes.
Very new and very nice, with a little something for everyone! Small, yet compact with a really well planned wetlands boardwalk.
This park is great, I’ve been coming to this park for a long time since they opened, today I walked in and had a very bad experience with the park attendant- Veronica, which I will call city on Monday and hope that city of sunrise takes swift action towards Veronica.
Very rude and unprofessional. She should not be representing the city of sunrise….
Great local park that's never too busy in my experience. Enough benches to sit at while my 4 year old plays at the playground. We like to take advantage of the hiking paths onto a little boardwalk overlooking the canal.
Beautiful park that’s very well maintained. Always clean and relaxing with spotless bathrooms thanks to an attendant. Parking is close to the playground at one entrance and near the walking path at the next. A real treat in Broward County.
The boardwalk is a super cute touch. Just over a half mile walking loop that has a boardwalk over marshy ground. The totems make it unique.
Love this park! Super beautiful with natural vegetation, as well as well preserved walking trails and grill common areas to hang out with friends and family. Planning on returning again soon!
Great park with a beautiful canal side nature preserve and over-water boardwalk. Nice playground for the kids. Best walking trail in the area, cuts through a nature rich greenbelt, with intersecting walking paths, paved with shock absorbent rubber.
Awesome park, absolutely one of the best maintained parks in Florida. There is some small wildlife, tons of beautiful scenes for taking pics, and multiple trail splits to mix things up. They even have grills at the gazebos with city gas! No charcoal mess needed.
Beautiful park with a walking trail along a river. Great playground for the kids. The landscape, trees and flowers are really well done.
