I recently had the pleasure of working with Jason Hubbard and Oak Wells Aquatics for the construction of my inground pool. The entire process, from initial consultation to project completion, was a positive experience. They provided clear and detailed information about the process, costs, and timelines. Throughout the project, they kept me informed at every stage and promptly addressed my questions or concerns. They have transformed my yard into a stunning oasis. I will start out by saying that we have built 3 pools in total now due to some moving around we have done. The latest pool with Oak Wells was definitely the most challenging of the three. Even with it being a difficult build due to the slope of the yard and a bridge on the property that had to be crossed Oak Wells handled all of it excellently. Jason did a great job about coming out to look at the site once we described the challenges and worked with us to come up with a great design along with a good placement for the size of pool we were looking for. Madison was on site quite a bit making sure that everything was being completed towards plan and no details were being over looked. Danielle was on top of the communications and stayed in contact with us at a minimum weekly once construction had started so we always knew what was happening and how things were progressing. On top of those three all of the crew or contractors they brought out were professional and friendly not to mention the top quality work that they all did. Overall I have no complaints at all with the company and would not hesitate for even a second to recommend them to anyone who asked.

We absolutely love our new pool that Oak Wells built for us. We spent several years deciding if we should build a pool and we are so glad we did! The finished product has exceeded our expectations. We have been spending so much quality family time in and near our pool.
Through this process, we received quotes from several different pool companies in the area. Oaks Wells pricing came in very comparable, but they quickly set themselves aside from the other companies with their communication and customer service.
My first contact with Oak Wells was through our pool designer Jason. I really cannot say enough good things about Jason. I spoke to him on the phone (he never came to our house) about what we were looking for in a pool. Within a few days he had sent me a pool design that was designed and showed me he was listening, including everything I had asked for. He helped us to make changes to make it exactly what we wanted. His communication was incredible, and he did an excellent job of guiding us to help design the pool we wanted.
We next moved on to the actual building of the pool. Madison was our site supervisor; she was always friendly and knowledgeable and happy to answer all my questions. She addressed every concern I had quickly. I also met Ari, the other site supervisor, a few times. He is a great guy as well. You are really in good hands with everyone at Oaks Wells.
Danielle coordinates all the steps of the pool build. She is amazing and has some incredible organizational skills. She sends you an email every Friday with what was completed that week and what will be completed next week.
The time from signing our contract to water in our pool was less than 6 months!
The process of building a pool is messy and the yard is a construction zone. I feel like Oak Wells made it go as quickly and easily as possible. We are very pleased with them and will recommend them to all our friends and family. Thank you, Oaks Wells, for building our dream pool and for the beautiful ledge loungers which were included from Oaks Wells as a gift for building our pool! It feels like a resort in our own backyard! We look forward to making many memories pool side and to enjoying it for many years to come!

I had a great experience getting a new pool with Oak Wells Aquatics. In the beginning the designer took all of my requests and wishes and put them on paper. The crew then turned my vision into a reality. All of the employees on site were kind, courteous and efficient. When there were any minor glitches, they were quickly rectified. I highly recommend!
