Very clean and organized shop. Everyone was very helpful and knowledgeable. Oakley is one of my all time favorite brands.

Store was very organized. The associates were all very nice and professional. The pair of glasses I bought were the last pair, I had to buy the display pair. They cleaned them, checked them for scratches and gave me a discount. Wish I had checked the box though, there was no case or cleaning cloth in it. Not a deal breaker but would of been nice to have had. All in all though this is a great store. I’ll visit again on my next vacation.

The two guys working were extremely helpful, friendly and knowledgeable about what were were looking for. When looking for Oakleys this will be our go to store from now on.

Jennifer was absolutely the best sales person ive ever worked with. 100% the definition of customer service. Other companies should take note of her skills.
She has perfected Communication and feeling out the customers needs. She is the real deal.

Alot of selections n helpful staff. Got good deal on new pair n new lens for my old ones that were all scratched up. Will go here again when back down here

The price of the glasses that I purchased was retail as expected Flack 2.0 XL deep water prism lenses. Along with a separate set of lenses which I got at half price for purchasing the new glasses. That being said, I took a pair off the display case to the sales person who went in the back and all the sudden came out with a new pair. I never saw them till left the store. But I walked out front open the package and it certainly appeared to me it was the display model with fingerprints all over the lenses. I’m not sure why a new pair would have fingerprints all over the lenses. So I took them back in and spoke to another sales person. He said so these are new glasses? The person that sold them to me said yes they are new with a bit of a tone. It took The sales person four minutes to clean the fingerprints off of them. Good news is they are clean and no scratches. Bad news I am absolutely convinced the sales person was just dishonest about them being new.

I’ve worn Oakley’s for 15 years. I’ve lost count of the pairs I have owned. My 8 year old son has been saving up money for a pair for some time now. While on vacation, we visited the Oakley Vault in Destin, FL. We had a terrible experience.

As we entered the store, there was a large floor sign that read “CLEARANCE APPAREL AND ACCESSORIES ADDITIONAL 50% OFF“

We headed straight to the clearance section of sunglasses. My son picks out a pair and heads to the checkout to pay. We get up there and the glasses that we thought would be $65 are $129! The male clerk says the first pair is full price and that we can get a 2nd pair for 1/2 price. I decline and return glasses to the shelf.

On the way out, I read the sign again. So, I tell the clerk what the sign says. So, I ask… aren’t sunglasses considered an accessory? He says, they are. Then, He said, “I’m sorry… we’re trying to get better marketing. ”

My son left without sunglasses and the answer we were given was “sorry… we’re working on getting better marketing”.

Shame on Oakley!

I have been a loyal customer of the Oakley Vault at the outlets for years, but the service and attention I received from Jaden today went above and beyond my expectations. Just wow. I needed a new piece which had deteriorated on my M2s from saltwater and frequent use. After searching thoroughly in the store, Jaden located the scarcely stocked part I needed and installed it on my M2s for me. I was not expecting the phenomenonal service I received. Thank you so much for your help today.

I went in to get new lenses for my sunglasses and the guy was very rude and unprofessional. I have never been treated like that at any okaley store before. I would not recommend spending my money there. The guy had the nerve to speak very loud about how I felt about him not knowing his job to another employee. Like I said before very unprofessional and rude.

Erik was amazing! He was a pleasure to work with and provided an excellent environment for my wife and myself to find the perfect shades for ourselves, our 11 year old, and our 3 year old.

Randomly closed at 5pm on a Monday (5/2/22) with the hours sign pulled down. No information posted if you call, just closed. Well within normal business hours.

This store is great I had bought a pair of oakleys online and within a few days I dropped them any arms had fallen off of them I should fall on optical I tried to put them back in and I could not do that I took him to an opportunity and they could not do it they told me about this place and I went in there and in within a matter of a couple of minutes it was fixed they cleaned my glasses and the selection of glasses that they have there is fantastic I will be going back there for sure they have some great products

This store in SanDestin will not serve you if you’re not wearing a mask. I suggest shopping somewhere that wants your business. I bought 3 pair of glasses last time I visited, but will NEVER spend another dime at this store!

Came to the outlets to buy Oakley sunglasses and the store had a sign "will be back at 3". 3: 15 came and passed and no one showed up. Don't expect to be able to shop here if the employee (s) are feeling lazy for no reason.

They never answer the phone. I live an hour away from the store. My daughter tried to get my new Batwolf glasses but they were closed for several hours. Have been trying for two days to call ahead before I drive, no answer. Terrible!

Had a bad experience with a worker I'll never spend a dime here again. Shoving a mask in my face while in is hands kinda defeats the purpose.
