Oaks At Pompano Apartments, Pompano Beach FL

Oaks at Pompano apartments is not a place I would recommend for anyone. I stayed there for a few months and had a horrible experience. I would frequently hear screaming and running outside the window at night. The walls were thin and I could hear everything that was going on in the apartment next to me. The management was also not very responsive, and it was difficult to get any problems resolved. Overall, Oaks at Pompano was a disappointing experience and I would not recommend it to anyone. I would suggest looking for a different apartment complex if you want a peaceful and comfortable living environment.

Waited over 1 week for the maintenance person to come out to my unit. Still did not complete all the repairs.

Paola was very outstanding & patient with me as I was in a rush to move in due to a situation she assured me she will have me in within a week did just that answer all my questions that I had and made my move in smooth definitely recommend

The works on property are great. Their always nice and easy to talk to. They got better at picking up the phone. The workers do there best to keep the place clean but it’s the tenants that make it hard.

I been here about 6 years & I appreciate the friendly staff. The only thing I hate is the trash system!

Very nice place to live has great and helpful staff. Paloma was the one who was working on the process of my apartment, everything was very excellent during the process, and the date of moving into the apartment was correct. Thank you very much for the attention and kindness of each one, of them and above all thank a very kind pigeon.

This was my first apt me and my daughter got … Been with them for 3 years now, there GREATT, always willing to assist in any needs and have very great staff down to the maintenance men ️ I’ve been working with Paloma (She’s the best) since day one and approval process took no time

Very happy to be part of the oaks tenneant, place is very clean very quiet all the time the maintenance & office team are awesome, they get requested done at the first phone call you made. On point on everything you requested.

If I can give 0 stars I would! Let me start by saying this apartment staff are VERY unprofessional! I have filled out numerous of applications & got approved each time was put on the waiting list for months! Was told by LAURA I would be moving in NOVEMBER JUST FOR THEM TO DENIE ME! I’m not understanding how I got denied if the first two times I did an application everything came back GREAT! They NEVER answer the phone no matter how many times you call! I also had a voucher & just by me waiting MONTHS to move into these apartments MY VOUCHER GOT TOOKEN AWAY! DO NOT APPLY HERE THEY GIVE YOU THE RUN AROUND JUST FOR WHEN ITS TIME FOR YOU TO MOVE THEY DENIE YOU! Shouldn’t have to keep filling out applications because I’m on YOUR WAITING LIST! THIS OFFICE NEEDS TO DO BETTER! I WILL BE GETTING IN CONTACT WITH CORPORATE

My mom has been living here for about 6 years with my 3 younger siblings. Just recently they changed companies to FPI Management. Since then the new employees have been very evil towards my mother and have threatened to kick her out for paperwork she’s already provided. Just today she went to go and ask them to print out the paperwork they so desperately needed, and told her no and gave her a bad email address to send to. Well guess what it’s either they print it or they are not getting it at all! FYI these people are racist and is making it priority to make this and Hispanic only community!

I had no problems at this place. I lived here for less than a year because I had to re locate to Charlotte NC for a job. Stephanie and Laura helped me to do what I needed with the apartment. My only issue was loud music from my down stairs neighbor. But they were friendly and nice. I loved talking to them. As a leasing agent now in the city of Charlotte I can only imagine what they go through. You get what you pay for. That size of pompano is not good for many reasons. The apartment complex is beautiful. And for the price, the units themselves are beautiful. Have a opened mind. Would recommend this place and would move back if I needed to.

I’ve been living here for almost 6 years and every time it rains it’s like a river in the parking lot. The staff here is NOT the nicest at all!

Not much to say about the losers that operate this property. Fat Stephanie is the manager and fat Laura is the assistant. These are two miserable people!
The maintenance man is a fat lazy Russian.
Don’t waste your time living here. I moved in six months ago and I’m not renewing my lease!
If I had the option I would rate this place zero stars!

This is the worst apartment to live in.the apartment I was at had mold and plus my kids kept having runny nose and I keep getting sick. We loss all of our furniture and we had to buy new ones. They was a point I could not get in the apartment because the smell was so bad. My husband and I had to get rid of some of our clothes and shoes. Plus the smell was so bad we had to leave some of our stuff in the apartment. They did not help us our. I do not recommend this place to live.

I never lived there or visit but I am looking for a place it look really nice but by reading all the reviews the owner really need to pull things together because it's not right if you have people smoking around other people kids who don't even smoke around their own kids especially when you have someone hanging out and night when they don't even live there not safe at all
