Oaks at Stone Fountain, Tampa FL

TERRIBLE SCAMMING MANAGEMENT.
I spent $85 on an application fee being told they’re expecting a unit to become available in May (when I needed to move) now Im being told the waiting list is 6mo-1yr? ! Why was that HUGE piece of information left out until after I spent $85 on the application fee?

I have been here 6years and these apartments are wonderful.
I love that they are quiet and clean. I love that it's gated and I feel secure. Maintenance is done in a timely manner. And the landlord Jeanette and her supervisor are awesome. They worked with me when it came to rent and payments while I was getting back on my feet down to maintenance that needed to be done within my home. I love that they continue to have events for the kids and make us aware of anything that's going on or will be going on in the complex!

Office does not do their job properly. Its been three months since ive been requesting maintenance for my fridge, since it was frozen at first but now it just stopped working. Ive been going to the office but every time they are always closed and when i call them the phone just hangs up. Experince is a 0/10.

Been here over 11 years use to be a great place to live but now I can't wait to move not fixing anything and went up on the rent kitchen sink is broken air conditioner is leaking and hot water heater is not working wonder how long it'll be before I get hot water again so disappointed oh I forgot to say it's under new management

Leave here for over 9 years, never had any issue with my neighbors, they’re always respectful with me. The office staff always helps with any issue that you can possibly have. Maintenance work it’s done really fast. The apartments are really big inside and very comfortable, the price for the space it’s really good. They have a front gate, pool it’s always clean, and they have a gym. I’m very happy here.

I have been here for almost a year, and the apartments are very specious, it's quiet, and gated. The office manager Jolene, is great and works with you.

My name is Bridget Carter and so far that I have seen Miss Jolene have been such a nice manager at the stone fountain and she keep the complex looking good and she get the job done and thank you Ms Jolene for helping me out I'm currently trying to get in the oaks.

To whom it may concern I Frederick Johnson have been staying at the oaks for about 10 years and I'll tell you I'll be glad to recommend anyone to stay at the oaks because Miss Jolene is a very good landlord and it has been very nice and quiet since I've been here keep up the good work Ms Jolene.

Full of cockroaches, dirty around, old electrical appliances, a lot of noise can not be lived I have been 5 months and I am anxious for the lease to end to move me the worst of my experiences and they do not solve anything for you in the office and the sheet that they give you when they move you of everything that you find damaged and that they returned it does not appear

Do not apply for these apartments they will steal your $300 refundable deposit and deny you an apartment.
