Oakwood Plaza, Hollywood FL

Many stores to choose from (Ross, Marshall's, Old Navy, Big Lots, Party City, Michael's, Burlington, etc. And you'll always find something nice to buy at any of them on this plaza.

I've came here for Food, Pet fish, Clothes and shoes for years and so it's not a bad plaza honestly wish they kind had more entertainment I mean they have a movie theater and a Dave and Busters so I guess that's cool.

Missing a big box store there like Walmart being Kmart's left that's what that area needs otherwise decent for BJ's in Burlington are good stores that are there

Went to Moonlight diner. First time. Wow fell n luv. Soda fountain, great music, lots of nostalgia, casual reasonable prices. All around great for comfort food n well prepared. U won't leave hungry or disappointed twenty stars

Didn't have practically anything that me and my wife wanted to order. And when I finally found something that I chose to order, the cashier got disrespectfully sarcastic with me. So when I brought it to her attention, of her sarcasm, she didn't want to finish My order and called out the manager to complete my order. Never did I get loud with her, cause a scene, or disrespect her. The manager, if I may say so, did do a great job, and I brought to her attention about the disrespect from the cashier. I feel that Oakwood Plaza should "reimburse" us for this. Or warrant I and my wife a free movie. Bad customer service is not acceptable. Oakwood Plaza movie theater, this is the second time we've had bad customer service. I think Oakwood Employers need to fully evaluate who they're hiring and also send in a person posing as a customer from time to time just to see how their employees treat your customers.

Great variety of shopping and eateries! As a new resident of Fort Lauderdale I will be returning to this shopping plaza!

Had a great random time won some tickets an got to enjoy it during schools hours so no kids tumbling around an screaming.lol

Love this store during covid they did an excellent job with extra help getting people to registers with card or cash lines are actually faster than before covid

Even with the amount of business this place conducts in one day. They still service you with a smile always willing to help and go that extra mile. I've only visit this location a few times. However, it is one of my best home depots to visit

Oakwood plaza is a very strong plaza very very strong always having people coming and going it's always busy but never overcrowded unless it's around the holidays of course but that's just normal for everybody.there's always room to park the parking lot is crazy big. Oakland plaza has all the right shops to eat at late night I also like that they have this 24-hour diner right there so you can always grab something to eat.

Rarely shop there. No CS. Workers are far and few between and are clueless. Dont drop dead there, no one to ask what to do. Prefer Ace, or several other customer oriented shops.

I go to this Home Depot almost every day the only problem is you cannot find workers to help and for the last one and a half year or two they don't have whatever you need did I tell you to go to homedepot.com to buy whatever you need

Way too crowded. I like the comfort of knowing I am shopping for my home in peace at my pace. Had to drop an entire shopping cart of things because the lines were literally pouring out the door.

BJ's is located here, also
Mostly, always a nice experience.
Most of the Associates here are customer friendly.
The parking lot was cleaner this time.

Huge shopping plaza with many stores including a home depot, pet store, and a bunch of department stores. There's also a few places to eat

Interesting. The stores are open and each shoppers' experience will be different. Enjoying a beverage or bite to eat will help all shoppers' experiences to be a bit more enjoyable. In store shopping, online & call ahead ordering & curb side pick ups, are available at most, if not all, stores.
