6Worst experience living here so far. The elevator not only has been broken for the past year, all of them but, the shaft makes this humming noice all day and night impossible to sleep at night because of it. On top of that the are trying to increase the rent. Stay away for this place!
This place is a disaster! Literally look at the elevator button! Yes that’s scotch tape.
Did a tour w Rico at the leasing office. Extremely professional, well knowledge and organized. Keep hiring personnel like him.

All the money residents spend to live there for it to look run down and the security is hit and miss. Need to do better with these places
I visited a friend on New Year’s eve, beautiful view from the 15th floor. Look everything cleaned and found a very easy access from the garage to the building. I didn’t give it five stars because the elevator was a little warm and also one of them wasn’t working.
