Ob/Gyn Specialists of the Palm Beaches, Palm Beach Gardens FL

The location is great! The staff is polite but not friendly. The doctor that attended me was nice but she seems in a rush and not really interested. (I mentioned that I wanted to get pregnant and the only question she made was '' Are you taking vitamins? '' and that was all!)
I much prefer a doctor who's proactive and ask questions, specially if im trying to conceive.

Dina makes an uncomfortable situation comfortable. She is knowledgeable and helpful and offers resources to assist in women's issues. I have come here for years and one of the primary reasons is Dina.

I love Dr Ross! Very pleasant & easy to talk to. Front desk is efficient. Wait is not long. The office is clean and nicely decorated. Mammography experience was pleasant as well.

Overall the office is alright. I feel like they're so big, you're just a number to them. They lack that personal touch. There is one Nurse who I absolutely adore (I will edit with her name). She's the one who makes you feel like she cares. Even when you have an appointment, and she's not your Nurse, she says "hello" to you like she's your friend. Then there's one Nurse (Martha) who is the absolute worst. She's super unfriendly, doesn't smile, doesn't ask you how your day is, just smug. I gave her a compliment, she didn't even acknowledge it. She just gave a dirty look, like she doesn't care. I honestly can't believe she's a Nurse with an attitude like that. She definitely shouldn't be working with the public at all.

I have been seeing Dr Burigo since 1980 and have always highly regarded him and his staff. I can’t believe how ‘cold’ the entire staff has gotten. I felt like a $$$ and nothing more. No compassion or empathy from anyone including the doctor. What has this practice become?

I have been a patient with Dr Ross for thirty years and and have only praises pertaing to my medical experience. Dr Ross listens and is pro active when it comes to your health.

I was a new patient yesterday with Dina Bredeau, ARNP. She was gentle, thorough and the process went quickly and smoothly. I have already recommended her to two friends!

This office is all over the place, the doctors don’t seem to truly care for the patients or their needs. Everything seems rushed with little to no care. The ultrasound techs get frustrated if baby is not in the right position, sometimes saying disrespectful things. There are a few good hearted caring people at the facility but the number of careless people are far greater. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

The staff, the medical assistant, and the ultrasound tech were amazing the doctor I had that day was all over the place and I had to tell her my whole history and show her documents that were already in my chart. I think she was just having an off day ‍️
