Dear Ms. Goodman,
I personally owe you a great debt of thankfulness, for let me ask you to try to imagine where I'd now be without you? That being said, mere language alone is inadequate to voice my total gratefulness and appreciation. Nevertheless, I'll try my best.
Right away, your initial brief in my appeal to the First DCA, simply put, is just masterful. Thinking back to my first impressions of you as a skillful legal mind, I must say that initially I may have slightly underestimated just how brilliant your capabilities actually are. In my case, you have taken a very muddled wrongful prosecution and case history involving one of the most boring and mundane subjects, that of white collar financial crime, and yet conveyed subtle nuances of complicated case law, precedent, and my personal story, into understandable prose unfolding through a fascinating narrative smartly told. That takes some special talent.
You write so effortlessly and in an elegant style that all can comprehend. Each legal argument is presented with finesse and flair, which allows the reader to easily grasp otherwise abstruse facts, while at the same time, being riveted as to what bold, undeniable point may come flying off the page next. Most importantly, I believe profoundly that you advocated for this client with unparalleled, heartfelt compassion and earnest concern. Obviously a great listener and speaker, your comfort with communication compliments those genuine altruistic qualities. It's always such a pleasure to engage in discourse on a legal call with you.
I would be remiss if I did not here also mention that you have the most ablest and pleasant legal assistant in Kiersten Richter that I have ever known, or known of. Ms. Richter is keenly receptive with an intensely sensitive and intuitive temperament. As a team, you are at the apex of your profession, and my true angels in the court. I rest much easier knowing that you are there for me. Thank you so much.

400000 no investigation hired Vicky never seen her never showed for court.worst mistake ever.be living with that every day for 15 years. Every other lawyer quoted 10 to 15 thousand and were honest. I fell for the lies and hype. They seen me coming like a woman walking into a mechanic shop and knew I'd do anything for my son.

The entire staff over the years has been so helpful. I first met Mark in 2009, he was my court appointed attorney. He put more energy into my case than I could believe. My criminal history and actual guilt of the becoming a hinderance in the end. After receiving 300 months Mark said if I ever make it back into court he will represent me. True to his word in 2020 my appeal finally got granted. I contacted Mark and he assured me they have everything taken care of going forward. Through his representation I then received 168 months. Leaving me with one year to complete, he said get ahold of me when it’s time to file for early term on your 3 years of supervision. True to his word him and staff were here for me again and my supervision was terminated a year early. Hire a firm that treats you like family!

Words cannot express how thankful I am and happy I chose to go with Victoria for my husbands case. Throughout the whole case Jeanette was very responsive as well as Victoria. Answered any questions we had. It was a long and scary 3 years but I can happily say if you are thinking about hiring this law firm more specifically Victoria please do. They go above and beyond. You will not regret it. And from my family to you guys I appreciate all that you did. And wish you nothing but success. Man Mark saved me big time thanks for everything these guys were professional and did everything they said they would do. I’d like to say thank you to Jeanette, Victoria & the rest of the team for working so hard and fast for me to get my accidents put behind me with the least amount of punishment possible. Thanks for being there when I needed you all most.

The firm is very professional however be careful with the words “trust me” by Rachael Reese. Rachael will fail to obtain evidence and properly prepare your case. She is an appellate attorney who has lost EVERY appeal she has filed. We were granted an evidentiary hearing but she failed to provide evidence in our favor so that too was denied.
Despite her sales pitch I truly do not think she knows how to defend properly so do NOT trust her in your time of need. She is VERY INEFFECTIVE.

I would trust this firm and Rachel with my life and many have. They work tirelessly for the outcomes wanted. Many professionals would want nothing to do with the clientele Rachel has, but she not only treats us with respect, she fights hard for us.
I’m so glad I found her and her firm.

I can’t say enough about Hatfield PA, Victoria saved my career and my life she is unbelievably great not only she was there for me all the step of the way, her knowledge and dedication is in unparalleled to any lawyer ever, Jeanette always answered my concerns.
