I'm probably the first OG's Israeli customer. To be honest, at first glance at the store's reviews, I hesitated to order but gave it a chance anyway. Ordered a few Pressol sprayers, and OG shipped the package locally very quickly. Received the sprayers today via a 3rd-party delivery company. The sprayers were securely packed, unfortunately, Israeli Customs had to open the box. The sprayers came undamaged and fully functional. Everything has gone smoothly. Thank you Obsessed Garage.

I ordered my static comet product 3 weeks ago. The shipment was delayed and the product was damaged. They said that they contacted static comet last week and a new product would arrive. And since that day, no one has responded to the e-mail. You do not have a contact number. I paid $700, the product I received is defective and I cannot reach anyone. Is there anyone here who can help me? Urgent

Bought over 3 grand of stuff over 15 orders.everything’s been fantastic

Drove from CT to Florida for vacation and took a day to visit.outstanding people.everybody took time out of their day to show us around and talk to us.you have to know what you are looking for and know what is it that you are getting.and if you don’t.obsessed garage is there to help

Bought hose reel kit (basic). Nice products but several surprises. Hose and jumper hose did not have swivel ends therefore install much harder than their help video indicated. Also hose clip came without nut. Most disappointing was the reels stainless steel swivel was leaking out the end. Seal must be bad. Can’t call anyone only able to submit a request.

My order number 207586 $261.93. Includes a Marolex foamer that does not work, so I emailed four times, send video and explain what I have tried and still doesn’t work. Nathan takes a full day to return each of my emails but I have to understand they are busy, right? But last email he sent said that I have not been diluted the product I put in the foamer correctly, when I send the video and one of the emails explaining that I have tried using what the foam soap container recommends and also I have used less product and also more product to see if that would help……. He does not even recommend me other products to see if that would solve the problem. I don’t think they really care about costumer problems. I send and email yesterday and I will write more reviews till they fix my issue, it’s not about money, it’s about buisness taking care of what they sell.

Iam not very happy my order was lost, they said that they delivered my 1000 dollar order to my door, just left it their no signature
, but I never got it. After days of emails Manny finally got back at me said he was going to take care of it on his end so he tried to send the incorrect stuff but I told him that it was wrong and also provided new shipping address. So from being just great, he goes to blaming me for incorrect addresses, but I told him that the address was correct but did make a difference, so now not only do I have to pay for stuff I never received but I can't even file a claim with ups because they want serial numbers I don't have man I think I ught they would be more on the ball so be carefully with your orders make sure they get a signature on delivery

Went to this place today for the first time and I was very impressed. Upon arriving I was greeted and attended right away. The staff is very personable and knowledgeable. Was also given a tour of their facilities. Overall great place with great customer service will definitely be back again.

Sold me a faulty product and even acknowledged that the product they sold me has been known to fail. But they refuse to replace it because its a few months out of warranty. Poor business and customer service. They told me to reach out to the manufacturer of the product instead of going through them, even though they sold me the product, acknowledged its been known to fail, and even told me they knew exactly what was wrong with it. So strange. For a $50 product you'd think they would just replace it out of good will. Nope.

Sold me a known faulty product unbeknownst to me. They acknowledged the fault, even identified the problem and what broke, but won't replace the product. Awful to do business with. Would not recommend them to anyone.

Highly recommend the tour! You can actually pick up items directly from the warehouse. DMF lights inbound!
