Bad attention, everything is a problem even to make an appointment, I call and they never answer and when they finally answer they don't know how to explain what happened, they just canceled the appointment. This happened to me on several occasions 0 recommended

Now I see why they have 1 star, so back in May my car messed up and their phones were messed up so I couldn’t call and I couldnt drive to them, so finally were in July my car is running and their phones are working, I schedule an appointment for today, I get to my appointment at 2, I’m there for 2 hours before they tell me I’ve been discharged because I missed an appointment, well duhh I called and said that, so she says they’ve been emailing me, they’ve emailed me ONCE which was may 25 the day OF my missed appointment. (I’ll insert picture) the next time they emailed me was July 19 which was after I called to book an appointment for the following week, and the emails were to confirm my appointment. DO NOT RECOMMEND, I should have stopped coming when they got my gender wrong but they’re close to me so I stayed. But ladies PLEASE DONT COME HERE! Now I have to go back to square one and call around to find a new OBGYN that’ll take my insurance, this is so stressful and inconvenient for someone who’s about to give birth.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I showed up 15 minutes early only to wait an hour for my appointment, the front desk woman was rude and brushed me off when I asked how long it may be until my appointment. Room 8 was disgusting gum stuck under the nurse station, swabs and tongue suppressors in dirty open jars, neither the nurse practitioner nor the doctors washed their hands or wore gloves when touching my body and their medical equipment. When I cleaned the gel off of my stomach with a paper towel she tried to grab is with her bare hand. There was boogers on the wall, and gum wrapped around the medical exam light and dirt and grime on the medical exam bed crevices. I will not be returning to this facility. Also they changed their hospital that they deliver at and I didn't find out until I saw the sign in their lobby. Which is the only reason why I joined the practice. Contemplating reaching out to the health department as I took pictures to document everything. As care providers to womens health this facility has much to improve.

Cant even get someone to answer. Literally felt like they were just hanging up on me to not even respond.

Very irresponsible, they cancel your appointment for no reason. I was waiting more than 7 days for my appointment and at the last minute, when it ended on Friday, they send me a message that it was cancelled, and they don't even call you the truth, that this should not be done anymore if one is pregnant and He wants to start his check-up, the net that if they gave me cholera.because I had the appointment for Tuesday 11/04/2023 at 2: 15 pm I was more than happy to lose work BE MORE RESPONSIBLE AND IF YOU CANNOT MAINTAIN A BETTER CLINIC CLOSE IT

Super nice staff, friendly, fast service ans efficient. They answer all questions asked with no problem and they are through.

Not bad experience my 3 grand kids born with Dra. Rodriguez and I do my pap in this office

I enjoyed this obgyn, the staff are generally inviting and kind. However, over the passed two weeks I’ve had a medical record request form sent in to them and from my new obgyn and they still hasn’t received my records from Obgyn of Central Orlando. I have called multiple times only once has the call actually been answered and as I was asking about the form the person who answered asked me for a second, walked away, talked to someone, and I was then hung up on. I’ve tried calling back numerous times only to leave voicemails that haven’t been responded to. I am 19 weeks pregnant and am supposed to be seeing a high risk doctor but I haven’t been able to even start my care where I had to move to because of this.

The worst center I could visit in Orlando I do not recommend it, they do not pay attention to your problems, they do not follow up, they do not call you, because they are inefficient I had to change doctors I left and it was already late my baby ran out of liquid very bad service. I do not recommend it a 0

For 3 years i was being brushed off when i would explain my symptoms, my very high concerns, pains, and very irregular periods. They dismissed me SO much and overall did not care although i knew something was wrong they just wouldn’t listen.my doctor was out of town so i had a substitute doctor and when i explained to her everything my doctor was dismissing she immediately informed me i need to seek further testing because something was not right.which is weird because all of the test the substitute dr had me do, i already had them all done but was ended up with “it being normal” a few days later the results come back and my dr gave me the results and just flat out “yeah you have pcos” THAT was it.like yeah I KNEW THAT THANKS NEGLIGENT DOCTOR FOR YOUR YEARS OF HELP.if you want a provider that actually cares don’t go here.my friend also went here and the women who performed her pap smear had acrylic nails.

How can I get a hold of the semoran office I stay getting transferred and if not it goes straight to voicemail

The only OBGYN I will go to.
Especially the Semoran location.
The nurses and doctors are so caring and listen to everything you have to say.
They’re never judgmental. They’re simply the best!
