Ocala Country Shoe Repair reviews
7So pleased. Brought in my custom Deniros, of which sadly my right calf had grown and was splitting the zipper. New zippers were placed to give be a stitch more room and I'm back in business! The work was also fast, had them back in a jiffy! Highly recommend!
New owners do not care about quality work. When I asked for something to be corrected I was told not to return.
Brought my sisters favorite purse in that had a damage zipper and had been torn. I had it repair and gave it to my sister for a birthday gift. It looked so good she thought it was a brand new purse! Very reasonable price and fast! I will recommend to anyone in the area.
Horse Country / Ocala Country Shoe Repair has been a go to place for complicated fixes of expensive shoes & boots. They are nice people and charge a fair price. I highly recommend.
Only place in Ocala I will take my boots. Amazing work every single time, no matter the repair. Friendly and fast! 10/10 would recommend to anyone who needs any sort of shoe repair
Do not come here with your belonging they will lie and butcher your shoes and argue with you about how they did nothing wrong.
I came in Saturday and talked with the father and told him I needed my top of the shoe glued/ mended and he took both shoes and said he could fix the one shoe with the issue I was having. I came back Wednesday and he destroyed my Jordan’s by stitching the shoe that needed to be repaired but he also destroyed the other shoes that didn’t need to be repaired! So now I have a pair of Jordan’s that I paid $230 for that are now completely garbage. If he would have said he couldn’t fix them I wouldn’t have left them with him. He never mentioned he was going to sow my shoes let alone both of them. And when I confronted the son about this issue he tried arguing with me saying that his dad did say he was going to stitch my shoes but the son was never even there ok Saturday when I originally brought the shoe in! Why would I let him stitch my expensive Jordan’s to have stitching marks all over the front of my shoe?
If I wanted my shoes stitched up I would have done it myself.
Owners are argumentative, and non remorseful and could care less how I feel about how they destroyed my shows. DO NOT SHOP HERE. You’ve been warned!
