Great sales experience. Shane was awesome to work with. We ordered our cart well in advance and Ocala Golf Cart kept in in storage and added all our extras so that we could hit the ground running. Added after market glove box and they installed for no charge.

Excellent customer service in both sales and service. Quick turn around, clean, professional and extremely generous. I highly recommend them.

Avoid buying a 2024 EZGO Valor from Ocala Golf Cart. Mine has no turn signal switch. Salesman says back ordered with no time estimate. Been waiting 7 weeks. Without it, no horn button on steering column, and no high beam. "Clear" windshield is hazy. Salesman says they are all this way. No effort to replace it. I have twice failed to notice someone near the side of the road until I was close. No power inlet plug, so I must prop the seat open with a stick to charge the battery. No front brakes. Rear brakes are not anti-skid. Cost me $17K with no back seat or curtains. Lithium battery seems to be excellent but does not overcome the safety fails.

Ocala Golf Cart was so easy to deal with. No nonsense, professional and friendly staff. They go out of their way to make your purchase smooth. We dealt with Matt and he was very helpful. They threw in some extra perks for our cart that we appreciated. They have an onsite repair and diagnostic department and will pick up and deliver your cart to your home. This is a family owned business that we will definitely recommend, and use again. Great customer service.

This is a family owned and run business that employs many family members and from our experience they treat customers like family too.
We were arranging our move to Ocala and wanted to order a 4-seat cart. Great price and sales rep Karter even arranged to loan us a nice cart at no cost to use until we got ours.
I did my research on the web and checking with other golf cart sales companies I knew this was the place to buy our golf cart. If you are looking for a good cart, check with Karter first. I doubt you'll be disappointed.

I had an older Yamaha gas cart that broke a throttle cable. Called OGC and told them of my dilemma. They told me they didn't work on gas golf carts. After some pleading and explaining that I had the part, they sent a truck out to pick up my cart, installed my new cable and brought it back to me, repaired and running. They wouldn't take any money for the repairs or the pickup or return services. They said that when I got ready to get a newer cart to come and see them. I did, and bought a 2019 electric Club Car, traded in my Yamaha, and just love the cart. Have sent several friends down to buy carts and to have repairs done and they have been great. Great people make great businesses and they truly have both.

I chose OCG because of they're knowledge and expertise provided by Matt. Service after the sale is paramount to me and even though I could have saved a few bucks at a discount vendor, in the end it just made OCG the best value. Having run a successful business for 34 years I absolutely know that if you buy on low price then chances are you pay twice.

I was skeptical shopping for a golf cart. I can't help but wonder if these vehicles are way overpriced as some of them are $8,000 to $15,000 which is the cost of a nice used car. We came in and asked if they had anything used in back and a nice muscled dude dressed in a black golf tee and shorts came zooming out with a later model cart. The sales rep "Matt" (not the muscle dude) quoted us a price range of $4000 to $3000 and we offered $3000 cash and Matt negotiated on price and sold it to us for the 3 plus tax which was really nice. We live in Pine Run which is next to this shop and they let us drive it home with no delivery charges, which was also nice. Maybe they'll have a beach themed day and I'll get to see the muscle dude with his shirt off.lol. (Our sales rep "Matt" was in flip flops.)

Purchased a remanufactured E-Z-GO golf cart from Matt. The experience was exceptional, and the cart is fantastic, just love it. Had another golf cart from a different Ocala retailer that I was not totally happy with and traded that in for this one. I cannot say enough good things about Matt and Ocala Golf Cart.

Had a great experience buying an EZGO golf cart at Ocala Golf Cart. I had a question about the breaking system and was introduced to Aramis, the technician. We test drove the cart while explaining the settings on the breaking system. He set it to my liking. The service I received was timely and excellent. Thank you Aramis!

My wife and I are happy with the way Matt, our salesperson worked with us. We went in believing everything was right with our new Remanufactured ezgo golf cart. When it was delivered to our site and we drove it we found it had a wobble to it. We had it picked up and brought back to Ocala Golf Cart and was told they couldn’t get the cart to wobble. The parking lot where they and we tried, was too bumpy to feel the wobble. We we’re told it’s not a car. We know that but we have driven golf carts and they didn’t wobble. Almost like a flat tire feels. Needless to say it would have been nice to be believed and to have wanted to make us happy, if someone would of came to where we are where they could have felt the wobble and corrected the problem. We will have to take it to someone in Maine to find out the reason why the golf cart is wobbling. It’s not comfortable riding, with what feels like, a tire is flat.
