These are the rudest people I’ve ever dealt with. They have come out four times to fix the same issue, replaced 3 different parts, and now I need to buy a 4 part. While calling to discuss how frustrating it is to not have a refrigerator while I have a baby and a toddler EMMIE the “manager” hung up on me twice while mocking me. If you are a mother you know how stressful and unacceptable this response is. If I could give 0 stars I would. Scam artists.

*** I recently had an extremely disappointing experience with ocean appliance. Their customer service was abysmal, and I felt compelled to leave a review to share my experience. To my surprise, I received an email from the company in response, where they not only dismissed my feedback but also referred to my review as "slander. " Furthermore, they refused to work with me anymore. This response was both unprofessional and upsetting, as I believe honest customer feedback is essential for improvement. I strongly discourage anyone from considering Ocean Appliance due to their poor customer service and disregard for customer opinions. They will not guarantee any parts for their 90 day period if it’s for an “old appliance” which they conveniently never told me. Maybe if they had, I wouldn’t spend over $1000 with no guarentee it will work or if they will fix it. What a way to run a business!

Service guy was extremely professional and provided good advice on how to care for my oven.

Great services. I had an issue with my washer machine, I scheduled the service apt for the very next day, tech called me 30 min before arrival and he was able to solve my problem in less than an hr. Prices are the best by far. Highly recommended.

Frank & Arnold were the 2 techs that came out and fixed our Miele coffee machine. They were super friendly and super knowledgeable and experts in their trade. I wish all techs were as good as these two! Thanks fellas

This was our first time using Ocean Appliance Service, but it won't be our last! The technician Dionis not only showed us how we could fix the problem with our Wolf stove burner ourselves, he took the time to give us detailed considerations for repairing or replacing kitchen appliances in general. It's hard to find businesses that value their customer relationships nowadays, so we were very pleased with this short but helpful service call.

The service technician Dionis is professional and knowledgeable. Because of him I have and would recommend this company to anyone.
