11Beat dealership I’ve ever been to. They are the best at what they do and will take care of anyone that walks through their doors. I will definitely be referring my family and friends to them.
Always a great experience at Ocean Auto Club. We have bought and sold several vehicles to and from this dealership and they never disappoint. They always have a great selection of pre-owned luxury and sport cars and trucks. The place is neat and very well managed. Special thanks to Jorge Rodriguez for always making it a great experience!
I must express my deep disappointment with the treatment I received from this establishment today. A few months ago, I sold a Range Rover Sport to them and brought my Mercedes S560 for them to potentially purchase as well. After some negotiation following the car inspection, the manager, Jorge, offered me $55,000. We both assumed that the payoff amount was $55,000, so it seemed like a fair deal for both parties.
However, when the actual payoff amount came in at $53,000 and some change, Jorge suggested lowering the offer to $54,500, citing the need to cover expenses for fixing the wipers, among other things. Although we had already agreed on $55,000, I understood his perspective and agreed to the revised amount. After waiting for 20 minutes, he sent me the documents, but to my surprise, the offer was now for $54,000. This was not what we had agreed upon, and when I confronted him, he simply stated that it was his final offer and that I could either accept it or leave. Frustrated by this unprofessional behavior and the dealer's unwillingness to honor our agreement, I decided to leave.
This experience not only wasted my time but also left me feeling more disappointed than angry. I had considered this dealership to be my go-to option for future car purchases, as I frequently change vehicles. I would have even asked them to keep an eye out for a white G-Wagon with fewer than 50,000 miles. However, it seems that repeat customers hold no value in Miami, as they let a potential client walk away just to secure a perceived "win. " This ugly business practice has made me wary of negotiating with them in the future, as they seem to have no regard for customer input or loyalty. I wasted half of my day, and I now realize that my time is more valuable than engaging in pointless haggling.

I purchased a 2022 Maserati Levante Modena from Ocean Auto Club Doral, Christian was my contact from the start ti finish he was totally committed to making sure everything was taken care of. I purchased the vehicle without even seeing it in person, I relied 100 percent on Christian. When I received the vehicle it was everything and more than what I was anticipating. They are a solid organization and thank God there are still good honest people out here in today's uncertain world. Thank you Christian for keeping your word. I would highly recommend them for any type of purchase.
I had a very bad experience with them. I was interested in a Lamborghini Urus with a value of more than 200k and the salesman who was assisting me (Tony) never returned my calls, not even to negotiate. I was putting a down of 30k and with everything and that was me who had to call him and he never answered me, only a certain Maggi called me once to see how everything was going but until today I never received a response if it was approved or No, he just sent me a text saying that he was with another client who then called me. Wasting your time after there are so many dealers in Miami. Luckily I already found another place

Shady auto place, false advertisement. I showed up to a car they said they had. When I arrived, they didn’t have the car so they showed me cars double the price
Shady dealership. Called and spoke to William and Christian on phone about a vehicle being in stock. Drove almost hour and a half but when I arrived they told me the vehicle I came for sold the night before.
