I’ve been a customer of Ocean Bank for 40 years, the professionalism and customer service is the best in Miami. Especially the tellers, Nicole, Miriam and Daiky.
It is important to highlight the elegance and professionalism with which the tellers serve their customers, today arriving at a place and receiving careful attention means the level of satisfaction that workers feel for their job position, congratulations and keep marking the difference because they make their customers come back and do it at ease.
Discrimination for being Cuban or bad work, I don't know how to call what I experienced today. I came to Ocean Bank to open a new account with them, I have a driver's license (temporary) and WORK PERMIT, and for not having They didn't open my residence, they told me that I could do it with my passport but they don't accept CUBAN PASSPORTS.
Bad service these people at the time of a fraud answer us correctly here your money is not safe there are better banks.
