Location is nice and view from the balcony is great. Numerous imperfections inside the condo that need to be addressed; however, condo was sufficient for our family vacation.

Lovely home my friends have, obviously crowded during the season (no way to avoid that), but in the off-season *completely* delightful with beautiful views of the Gulf.and lovely sunsets.

I really wish I could leave a good review, I always hate when I have to leave a bad one but with how poorly the ‘property manager’ has handled things it has left me no choice. We contacted them immediately when we seen signs of bed bugs and actually seen one crawling across a pillow! They had no solution for us and we ended up treating the beds ourself which I feel looks really bad on the owners and management. The property manager needs some intense study time to learn how to properly handle tough situations cause I assure you blocking phone numbers and many ignored messages is not the professional way of handling things. This was my very first time going to Florida and to see the ocean and this whole situation ruined the much needed vacation for me and let me not forget to mention the many bed bug bites when I woke up and since I’m allergic I had big welps where they had bit me. Use great caution when staying here and hope that you don’t have to deal with management because you will be very disappointed. I know I was.

I rented through Airbnb, had bed bugs and they refuse to refund my money or work with me. The “property manager” refuses to return my calls. That’s bed bugs and blood on my pillow cases.

Quiet, clean, unassuming property. We stayed in a 2br, 2ba place for a week. Beach side and the views are amazing. Beach is clean and quiet too. Easy access to the beach area and there's a pool too. We had a slow drain in one of the tubs and our request for a check of that was prompt. They fixed it in 5 minutes. The kitchen was still stocked, with washer and dryer as part of the set up. We didn't feel like going out to eat so this was handy. They do provide "start up" amenities and some cleaning tools. I really wish they left more trash bags, TP and dish soap. I hate having to buy that stuff because it doesn't all get used and who wants to pack the extra to take it back. Overall, this is a nicely maintained property on a beautiful beach. There's a few restaurants in the area and it's not far from other stores. We'd stay again. Highly recommended.
