We purchased a two year old pre-owned Cadillac Escalade here, which has given my family nothing but problems. The service department did not address all of the issues the first time. They took over a week to resolve it and gave me my car back with more problems than before. When I tried scheduling the second appointment, we came back to find out that now the car warranty ran out and they don't cover it. I have had top competitive car brands and never had any issues. The reason we purchased the vehicle in the first place was that I needed extra space for my daughter with a disability to comfortably place her wheel chair in the trunk. The rear seats stopped folding & we have been waiting for 2 weeks to bring the vehicle in.we can't even use the vehicle. The staff seems to not know or care what's going on with our car or situation.

I never heard from the vendor that was helping find a car. Really disappointed with customer service. I ended up buying at another place.

Out of all the Caddy dealers in FL these guys were by far the best to deal with. From the first inquiry, many in between inquiries right until delivery and even as I have questions after I’ve had the vehicle for a few weeks they are happy to help.

They made me waste my time, after making an appointment with them 5 days before (due to a recall) and confirming a day before by themselves, when it arrived they did not have the part, they had to send it for it and that day it could not be done

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I'm not speaking of the Sales part of the Ocean Cadillac, I am here to write about the Service Department. # 1) I scheduled a service valet to pickup the vehicle and as the time came around for my pickup appointment, no one showed up. I had to call the dealer, be transferred 3 times before I was speaking with the correct individual. # 2) The car was not worked on till 2 pm when it was in the lot since 11. And then I was rushed to make a decision because the dealer was closing. # 3) The service advisor spoke on how I did not service the engine/ motor, which is wrong if they would have check the warranty they would have learned, I did. # 4) They forgot to mute the call, and I heard what the manager said. # 5) They didn't give me options, instead the only fix was 5K. When I found a service update released by GM in 2019, they stated that what they were not going to do the service update request and had me pick up my car. I was left very just unsatisfied by Ocean Cadillac, makes me remember why I always go to Vera or Braman Cadillac, and to be honest, I think they have made me just want a Japanese car. For reference, my current Cadillac hasn't made 50,000 miles.

They also stayed with me after closing to roll out the red carpet for delivery of my 2022 Tesla model 3, which I LOVE.and helped me with the Tesla app. Giuseppe and George are amazing people. Lastly, they have a gorgeous multi million dollar antique car museum which you definitely don't want to miss out on.it is a sight to see. If you're looking for a Cadillac or luxury brand pre-owned vehicle. Ocean Cadillac in Miami Gardens is definitely the place to go. You will not regret it!

I had taken my car here several times and it was never an easy situation. I couldn’t even get an oil change without them first, charging an extra $60 for dumping the old oil (never heard of that) and second ALWAYS telling me I need $2,500 plus worth of work. I took it to where I now take it and none of these extra charges nor “oil disposal fees” are there. Less then 2yrs ago I had thousands of dollars worth of work done on my car which took them weeks and they wouldn’t give me a loaner until the last 2 days they had my car, then when it was time to go get my car they said the battery was dead. They wanted $500 for a battery so we bought one elsewhere and took it to the dealership just to get my car back. Now fast forward to today, my battery is dead, we have a 3yr warranty on the one we purchased not at Ocean and when my husband went to get the replacement battery we find out Ocean put an old battery they had on site and put it in my car and kept our brand new $250 battery! Not to mention when I called up there to see what was going on the guy from the service department was very rude and talking very disrespectful to me, he also thought he had me on mute and was laughing in the background! We will never use this place again and I’m so thankful we found an honest dealership to tend to our vehicles! And by the way, that’s stealing for taking our brand new battery and putting an old one in it!

Great experience with this dealership although I waited for my car to be ready for some time (due to choosing to lease a loaner not brand new vehicle) they did the right thing and made sure that I was comfortable throughout the whole process. Jesse Henry was awesome to deal with and not your typical "salesman" at all. He was always understanding and available for me to ask questions. He is definitely a keeper and the main reason on why I was patient throughout the process =)

Jacob was terrible. Money was wired to pay full asking price that was posted on the internet and when it came down to finishing the deal he changed the price and said it was listed wrong. Terrible. Would never buy from such a scam artist. If I could give less than 1 Star I would because this place is a waste of time!
