Good luck if you’re insured by or a victim of an accident by someone who is insured by them. Bottom of the barrel company that lacks any resources of the 20th century. They never call back anyone and rely on mail for all correspondence. Shouldn’t be allowed to be in business.

This company increased my insurance without any notice from $103.00
To $305 because another car scratched my car in the highway and they called it an accident

I need a roadside assistance and I’ve been paying like 400 bucks every month and they didn’t even answer my calls.
They blocked my number so they can’t receive my calls anymore
I feel scammed I feel devastated
I just can’t believe that. It’s so easy to scam people in this state.

Do not use this place. Terrible company. The policy was put on auto renew, and every year they cancel the auto renew and left us without insurance, didn’t notify ahead of time. Then, they charge a ridiculous amount to reinstate. Terrible company. Cost us so much money.

They don't pick up the phone They're never available They're never available.
And they don't pick up when you call.so if you have an emergency you're stuck

Bunch of thieves, starting from Christopher Perez, Celene Gomez from adjusters department and Ingrid Rubildo and Yasmany Gonzales from appraiser’s department. Check your settlements before anything because they’ll put in there previous damage on car to try to pay les money without even have proof of it, those guys are the reason why I’m canceling my policy and never going back to this insurance

If I could leave negative stars I would. I got into an accident where the driver was insured with Ocean Harbor, the driver hit someone behind me and then pushed them into me. For the first 3 weeks I got the excuse of “we are waiting to hear back from the second party about the accident” for three weeks I was told this. When I reached out to the other driver he informed me that they had been in contact with ocean harbor since the accident occurred, and that was ocean harbor was doing was telling us both the same lie. Then Ocean Harbor told me they sent out a letter to the second party waiting to hear back, again another lie. When they finally got tired of this lie they said the policy is going to be maxed out, and are now waiting on the other insurance party to present the value of damages. Mind you I did not hit anybody I was the front car, I have two small children cannot drive my vehicle because the tail light is busted and was advised not to touch the vehicle until Ocean Harbor can look at it. I have gotten no help, and us as both parties have been lied to by ocean harbor repeatedly. This is a fly by the night insurance company probably with cheap rates to just get people legal to drive on the road. We will be seeking legal council to go after Ocean Harbor for the continued lies both I and the other party involved were told.

Scum. They said they'll call me back multiple times but never did and representatives are extremely rude. It's not my fault you're living paycheck to paycheck. They stole $1200 from my bank account and told me it was due to a "new policy". Never have I encountered such an evil organization. Got into a car not-at-fault car accident, and they refused to file my claim and told me to deal with it myself, resulting in my vehicle being towed and sold off to pay for the damages of the other vehicle. They blocked my phone number and increased my monthly payment from $125 to $800 a month due to the accident and refused to cancel my policy. So I finally closed my bank account. I cannot express my hate for this organization. Please, for the love of God, NEVER use this insurance!

You spend the day trying to get them to pick up the phone, you ask them for a quote and they hang up on you, really bad customer service.

The worst insurance in all of Florida, even in the country, they never want to pay, collect, they do it quickly, but they don't like paying, I don't recommend it at all.

Already going on two years with these people and they have been awesome if you make your payment you won't have any issues they even mail you your renewal papers way early this place has been nothing but awesome I've had many other companies and they suck

Worst Company ever. DONT GO WITH THEM. Got into accident. They nvr paid me. Then they chose to do a nonrewenal without paying me and still havent been paid so I could get my car fixed. Terrible servic e ppl are rude.

Accident July 13. Still have not talked to a agent or claims adjuster. After an hour on hold they then tell you to leave a message and never return call. $250 a months! And the other person's Insurance has reached out more than mine. And rental car through them is ridiculous. It's a ten a day discount after you've paid. Lol

This is the worst company ever and I’m not even the insured the person at fault was they are doing any and everything not to handle what they need to handle on their policyholder’s behalf. You call can’t get thru, they don’t return call back, don’t communicate via email absolute Nothing. This company is a disgrace the reviews abt this company speaks for itself it’s a shame that I have been going thru this for months and nothin has been done this company needs to be shut down.

After not being at fault in an accident and having the person who hit my vehicle insured by this company they refused to talk to me after a month.
