I went to Ocean Honda on 9/15/23 for an oil change that was overdue.mind you, I received a recall a month before prior my visit for my AC compressor shaft seal leak.after doing business with them since December 2013 every single person always checks for recalls but not this particular person, not even since it was my last oil change under Car Doc didn't give me any options for future oil changes, didn't sat me down to explain what they did or didn't do to my car.they usually sat me down explain why it took 1hr 30mins then I sign my form that I acknowledge that they explain to me their services so I can get my copy. I even asked! Flat out he tells me, no, you are good! I was surprised.yesterday I got my second recall notice from Honda. I called them to talk to a supervisor and surprised he is to busy to handle business so transfer me to "the Guy" the same guy who didn't do his job that maybe thought women don't pay attention, but I do, we do. I don't do any reviews even good or bad but the fact that I live far away from this dealership! I don't want to spend my day off for almost 2hours again for something that could have been fix that day.now I have to wait until my next oil change, he says!
I won't name the person, but they have to retrain their personnel because we are talking about recalls here! Very serious matter.sincerely,

We moved away. So we won't be going there anymore. BUT WE BOUGHT 2 CARS THERE. THE EXPERIENCE WAS GREAT. AND THE SERVICE WE ALWAYS RECEIVED WAS EVEN BETTER. THEY TREATED US LIKE FAMILY.
