Do not stay at 703 who’s owned by privileged baby boomer April. She begged me to leave a 5* review via AirBNB in private messages during the week, so I obliged because I’m a fair person and she has such few reviews. Reviews matter on AirBNB and I’m always down to help people out. Mere moments after the 5* review was left, she questioned that we stole (1) blue bath towel for days. Yes — correct you’re reading this, (1) blue bath towel. This questioning went on for days (I even offered to Venmo her the cost of a towel) to prevent her from being so triggered. Imagine the mindset of spending 3 grand on a condo for a week while stealing a $6.98 bath towel that had the quality of target material. She asked if it was in our luggage or if we took it to the beach (huh?) Again, this is (1) blue bath towel. Turns out once the towel is found, all blame shifts to the cleaning ladies as she naturally puts them down. The towel was not washed by them and was still in the one bathroom. The one bathroom who’s water pressure isn’t from a 3rd world country. She keeps messaging me on Air BNB that she “wants to make it right, ” whatever that means. The only way to “make it right” is to expose her as a fraudulent, privileged terrible condo owner at this fine establishment. So in conclusion, this condo building is more than fine for a vacation trip, just remember to never book with privileged sociopath April in 703.

Good facility with a great view of the Ocean. If you do use the pool make sure to keep your key fob at all times, for some reason you need it to get OUT of the pool.

A great place to stay the beach on one side and shops restaurants are across the street.

Property Manager in Main Office (middle aged female) is the rudest person I have ever talked to in my life. Maybe she is having a poor day, but that does not excuse her total lack of customer service, aggressive demeanor, and as well her hanging up the phone on me during a logistics conversation for HER clients. I would like an apology here. Wow

Depending on what unit you get and whose the owner decides what your of unit you get. Pictures can be unjust. Some are tacky with old furniture and musty odor. Others the owners have remodeled, at least painted and changed out the delapidated furniture. Great spot. Lots of restaurants near by. Of course the ocean too <smiles>. Main thing is pictures can be deceiving.
