Ocean Side Palms, Cape Canaveral FL

In the early 80's this place was amazing'! We had a great group of tenants who took care of the place. I had a ground floor, breezeway apartment and a ferret that everyone loved. The pool was always a nice place to gather, the beach was walking distance and it was an easy bike ride to the (now closed) Mouse Trap Restaurant, where I worked waitressing. Left Cocoa Beach for Redondo Beach, California but always had warm memories of my time at Ocean Side Palms. I even have some old photos of the place. Best wishes to all who live there now. <3

The people who live here are nosey. One woman, Mary hates you if you don't ask her permission to do something on the property. I don't pay my rent to her! Why does she think I need her permission to do ANYTHING I'll never know! But for the most part, people are very friendly! I think that's why I believe they are nosey- they just feel like we should all be close friends or something like that. And the property managers are great! When something goes wrong in your apartment, they are on it in a minute! They get it fixed. They are great! The landscape is beautiful and clean.

Sweet spot for those looking to be near the ocean. Nice apartments, attentive maintenance. Only catch, bunch of weirdo’s live here.

The apartments look cute about to be ours and all the trash all over even the pool area just hasn't dirt and mud all around it the outside was cleaned up and all the trash and there's tires out there there is just the outside needs to be cleaned and the Centre Court yard is nothing but weeds and it could be so beautiful but if you come up with something else eye contact you daily I would really like to get into Avon-by-the-Sea I want to thank you for your help and I will check with you daily to see what comes up thank you very much you very much
