Oceanside Lantana

I moved two months ago and Jenny Ortiz was very helpful with all the application forms and everything went smooth. She explained everything and is always available to help us whenever we need her:)! Thanks Jenny!

Also I would like to mention that the maintenance team is really nice and solve every problem that I have.

But I should also advice a few things:
1. We had roaches inside the apartment when we moved.
2. The complex is not clean. I always see dog poop everywhere.and I have never seen anyone cleaning the streets or the buildings
3. Also I have a smell inside my apartment that no one knows what it is

regardless these, I am really happy I moved here cause I love the apartment and the complex is really silence and I have never experienced any disturb or noises during the day or night!

I had the most spectacular experience with David. I have not seen my unit yet due to inclement weather but his tour presentation was impressive. I am in love with this community. I cannot wait to be apart of this community.

STAY AWAY! I applied here and they asked for excessive proof of income. I own my own business and showed them over 10K+ in deposits over the span of 3 months from my bank. I also gave them a professional P&L that demonstrated I clearly made WELL over the required amount. I then gave them my IRS tax return. The third party they use is borderline discriminatory towards 1099's.

I paid over $750 to apply and now I can't get any of it back. I showed proof that I clearly made enough money but I still got denied. SCAM!

Also, Danny, an office worker, was rude and confrontational when I kept questioning their absurd proof of income requests. Furthermore, I called back several times to see if there was another way to apply with a guarantor and he ignored the calls and emails and they just declined me. I never had an opportunity to speak with the property manager. If the property manager see's this I'd like a call from them before I file a complaint with the State of Florida.

Worst place to live… they lie about their pricing, overcharge for amenities but don’t allow you to use them… they make you pay for the street light in the community… you pay for trash twice even if you dont want valet trash… they make you pay for amazon to deliver your package to your house all though amazon already does that… do not be fooled by this place they are a scam. They over charge you for everything and dont allow you to use what they charge you for

Just wanted to say, thank you David, from the first time you gave me a zoom tour, and help me through out the process, you made the experience extremely delightful. As I settle in, I’m looking forward for all the amenities this beautiful place has to offer. Once again thank you David for the awesome great service you provided.

I love this place! And david from the office he is the best! Always ready to help at any time. His attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction is unparalleled.

Jenny the Leasing agent has been a pleasure to work with. I have rented from many apartment complexes and she made this experience so stress free and it surpassed all others by far. She promptly answered all my questions, was warm and informative. We move in in 2 weeks and are very excited.

I wish to take a moment to recognize the efforts and professionalism of Jenny Ortiz. I’m in the process of moving from the Orlando area and my time has been extremely limited lately. I have to travel quite a bit, etc.

I explained this to Jenny and requested her response time be fast and her information flow concise. She has gone above and beyond in order to accommodate me. Further, she did this pleasantly and with complete accuracy.
She has made a very challenging time go much easier.

As I say, sadly it seems you only hear about the bad employees. I wanted to take a moment to express my appreciation for her efforts and professionalism.
I look forward to moving into Oceanside Lantana.

David was so amazing at helping us find and decide on an apartment! He made this process so smooth and easy i would do it again in a heartbeat.definitely recommend this apartment complex!

Update…November 16,2023
Leaving for work I discovered my door lock was not working. I did a work order and waited. I saw Weslee right when he got to the complex. He immediately without hesitation started working on it. Turned out he needed to wait until David got in to the front office to reset my key fob. David and Weslee both went above and beyond and communicated beautifully. My door lock is fixed. They made me a priority and I couldn’t be happier. Thank you David and Weslee! Keep up the wonderful work!

I moved in three months ago and have been extremely happy with the decision to move to Oceanside Lantana. Michael, David and Evelyn were as new to the complex as I was and they had a big job acclimating to all the needs of the residents and their new positions. I can honestly say that every time I call or go to the office they greet me by name and are super friendly, approachable and helpful. I feel like I am a valued resident along with my fur baby. Michael promised me that he would be making positive changes and to just give him some time. Michael and his team from the leasing staff to the maintenance and grounds teams have made huge strides with improvements. The gates are working! Everyday I see the hard work that everyone is doing to make Oceanside Lantana a wonderful place to live. A big thank you to Michael, David, Evelyn and all the behind scene crews. I feel safe and comfortable living at Oceanside Lantana. Thank you and keep up the great work.

It's a great community and David f is the best. He is always willing to help. He is very effective in everything, I really appreciate that he is part of his work team.

Great community and office staff just don't like how long gates take to close i'm always letting people in.

I came in for a tour of some apartments and had a wonderful tour named David. He did a great job and explained everything and answered all my questions if you’re interested in touring an apartment, ask for David.

Marcy with the leasing office is amazing! She is very attentive and helpful. Enjoying everything so far!

I wasn't sure at first about moving here because of some of the reviews. But after talking to Krystal and getting a tour, I immediately felt better about living here. I'm glad I chose to move in. So far I have had no issues. Staff have always been friendly and helpful.
