4Attention - the apartments are different. It is better to avoid the Oceanside 404 Indian Rocks Beach apartment (rented through Vacasa). There is an old, extremely noisy air conditioning unit on the roof directly above the bedrooms. Hammers and vibrates all the time. No sleep possible. Vacasa knows the problem, but is not interested in it at all. Otherwise the apartment is clean and nicely furnished. Great view. It's a shame but vacation is here in the app. 404 doesn't make sense.
Family owned. My husband cousin owns a condo here. We LOVE coming here! AWESOME, AWESOME, AWESOME PLACE! There are several restaurants in walking distance!
Been coming with friends for years. On the beach, private deck looking out at the gulf. Restaurants within short walk. Quiet, well maintained/upgraded.
Awesome place to stay, near the beach and within walking distance to some great restaurants.
