I purchased a policy for a specific job. The whole process took too long. It takes atleast a week to receive a policy. I lost the job because this process takes days. I tried to cancel the policy and that's when the problem came. I paid over $300 for the policy, canceled it an hour later because it just took too long. The site says, no deposits, no cancelation fee, cancel anytime. THAT'S A LIE! A representative told me there is no refund after the policy is issued. Who does that? I didn't even open the link to the policy.
Now, I will have to dispute this with my bank. I'm so tired of these money grubbing businesses. Tired of disputing faulty murchandise, lies, and delayed service. Things will no doubt get worst with the economy. You shouldn't be penalized for not being satisfied with the service or not receiving what you asked for.

Karl was more than informative when I was searching for a new company. He has been so pleasant and has guided me through a tough process with ease. Also Rosa helped me tremendously with the financial process and how it worked. You can tell thay they take pride in their work and company. I have told everyone in our industry that I know, about this company.

It’s been an amazing and easy process getting worker’s comp with the help of Mateo. I had a job requiring it from me and he helped me get it really fast. He is always available when I need help or have any questions and he made it really clear on how everything works. I couldn’t do it without him.
