I have to give credit where credit is due. I go there all the time and I could not be happier with the customer service. Each one of the staff is very friend and very helpful. No matter how sometimes an unhappy customer gets they keep moving forward with a smile on their face trying their best to make things right. You guys are awesome and I want to thank each of you for what you do. It’s hard in this fast pace world to make everyone happy but you guys are doing an awesome job! Thanks, keep it up!

I visited this store on the 15th of July to drop off a package to UPS and also pick up some packaging tape. The gentlemen behind the counter scanned my package and my tape and as I was paying he said "Oh the price of the tape is nos $7.99 due to inflation", I then said wait a minute the price on the tape says $4.99 to which he responded "it is wrong", I then proceeded to say if they are not going to honor the price that the store put on the tape then to return it, and then I said you may want to let the owner know that is not good business, if I went next door to Publix and something was priced wrong Publix would honor the price, really any store would. He returned my money and I left, now 12 days later and my package that was dropped off is missing, coincidence? I think not, it has not even left the store to UPS, so now I get to go through the claims process. Do yourself a favor and go to the new store up by West Road, the extra few miles is worth the service you get.

Just use this place to drop off unless you want to be charged 3 times what the postage would cost at the real place (real place = usps, ups of fedex)
I just got robbed there for a less than 3 pound package that will cost 11 to send at the post office here I paid 34. I was expecting a premium not that much. Definitively never again spending a cent here.

They have a lot of packing supplies. It's very nicely organized however they DO NOT scan URL codes to print pre paid labels. You have to print out the label at home before you bring your package or you can pay for full service. Example I have a return from Amazon and all I have to do is take it to the ups store so that they can scan the code sent to me via email and UPS should take care of the rest. They don't do that here.
Here you need to pay for a new label or print one out at home.

Before going here to mail an under shirt to Canada, I checked prices online to have somewhat of an idea of how much it would cost me. I got a quote of $30 with UPS. Ok cool. I get here and the lady before me, told them to cancel her order because the price was just too much. I was next. I gave them my "super light package.not even a pound" and they tell me that the least expensive option is with FedEx for $62! UPS wasn't even an option! And they wouldn't recommend any cheaper option because USPS wouldn't provide a tracking number. I took that same package to UPS on McGuire and only paid $30. I must admit, this wasn't the first time I went here and was quoted a ridiculous price for shipping services. I DEFINITELY don't recommend this place for mailing packages, however they do have other services available that maybe worth using. I gave two stars because even though their shopping prices are stupidly price too high, the service is always pleasant.

I never take the time to leave a review but today it save me a trip to Orlando, I live in Ocoee, I just Find out that this place has digital fingerprint services, I usually go for other reasons, but is a really good place to go for different services, because they offer several services, the place is pretty busy but they have plenty of staff taking care of customers, and the best of all they open Sundays, good option for people who works on week day. I highly recommended this place.

Not great. I visited today at 2pm. Empty store. 3 workers: heavy set guy, girl and another guy. They all looked related so I’m assuming their parents or relatives own the business. No one greeted me or looked me in the eye so I asked if I could drop off my package to get some sort of communication. Girl was sitting on the counter and on her cell phone. Not professional. I’ll drive a littler further to go to a different mail center in the future.

We come here often to drop off packages. Everyone is very nice! We have not had a single issue with any packages.

New to the area I had no idea such a hidden treasure was there. First visit 03.31.2020 the guys were friendly. Although one clerk actually read a document that I had printed to the Front Desk. He apologized but I felt violated. Second visit 04.02.2020 the ladies were nice as well. I mentioned the incident and one of the clerks had been made aware of this. This was not a document that was going to be notarized. But moving forward possibly in the future if a customer has to print maybe attach a printer where the customer has to pay and can retrieve their own prints. Hopefully I will get a laptop and printer to avoid this.but I'll be back.

We have been using these folks for several years. Even though there is a shipping store a little closer I will continue to use these folks due to the great customer service and they ALWAYS have a smile and a positive greeting. A+

I am customer of this business since 2014 approx. I usually don't go to the post office I always go to this store because I like it went to this business on 08/01/2019 to ship a packet which had money orders inside and unfortunately they did not reach their destination on the way, and I fill a police report so they can investigated who took the money orders of the envelope and I request the police that investigate the cameras of the place because I thought that I left the checks receipts on the counter of the store and who had the receipts can refund back the money orders, and I mention it to the police buy I when the put the video of the cameras I took the receipts on my hand and not like I thought. I DID HUGE MISTAKE WITH THIS SITUACION I APOLIGEZED to the owner and all the staff that feel offended for my allegations, I am really sorry people will not understand for this mistake made by me buy unfortunately I have almost 5 years dealing with panic attracts, anxiety and depression and I take a lot o medications and it may contribute to this situation I am really sorry about.and I feel so embarrassed about it that I will not go to this store.
