The service was phenomenal from OCR. The process took less than three weeks from reaching out for information to completion of roof. Everyone was professional and transparent. This is a company we will recommend to friends and family.

OCR did a great job providing us a new roof. Starting with our salesperson, Allison. She was not fast-talking and trying to pressure us (like another roofing company did). She was professional, thorough and very helpful throughout the process. Once the job began, Kevin and his team were timely and worked hard throughout each day. Being in the customer service business myself, I took particular notice of how the team always cleaned up as they went through the day. Leaving our property, in particular the driveway, free of nails and debris.

Additionally, throughout the process, OCR was in constant communication with us, making sure we knew what was happening at each step. Great job!

I would definitely recommend this company - OCR. We needed our roof replaced after a storm. Everyone was easy to work with, answered all our questions, kept us updated and worked within our schedule. The roof looks better now than when we purchased the home they protected our property and cleaned our property each day while working on our roof.

After the Hail Storm. We had 5 quotes from local Roofing companies. And The Best Price and Presentation was Second to none was this company. Allison’s presentation was unbelievable and no pressure like the rest of the roofing company’s and there add on vents for releasing heat from attic was a Great touch and their quote was right on for approval for Insurance. From start to finish everything was Perfection. Quality, , Workmanship and the Supervisor on site was overseeing the Job and made everything go smoothly. I am so impressed and would ABSOLUTELY RECOMMEND them. And the new color I picked is absolutely Amazing. GLACIER WHITE.

I just wanted to start off by saying this company is one of the best from start to finish. I like to mention that Allison Croft, who is the outside sales representative, she is very professional and transparent. Kim Hamlin, who is the accounts manager, took care of the payments and made sure that it was done in a timely fashion so the reroofing process can take place ASAP. Tiffany Murphy, who is responsible for getting the permit and certificate of completion from the city made sure that it was done in a timely fashion and with perfection so that it was approved by the city inspector. Archie Rivera, who was the supervisor for the roofers was very friendly and made sure everything was done to perfection. I would recommend this company to everyone I know.

We received two other bids for the reroofing work we needed and the other two were ridiculously overpriced. OCR Roofing was responsive and professional from the initial roof inspection through to release of work completion paperwork. We encountered decaying wood and other issues during the project and OCR owner and staff were exceptional and fair to deal with. They went above and beyond every step of the way. This is not a roofing company that participates in the questionable business activity that has created the insurance/roofing crisis in Florida that drives up homeowners insurance premiums for everyone.

After the hail storm, the inspector came within just a couple of days, and assured me that my roof was OK. That took the concern away.

My experiences with Oviedo-Clermont Roofing as well as a related remodeling company owned by the same individual, Rich Moriarty, have all been exceptional. Since 2012, Rich has done all the work done on my home—among the projects are a kitchen, guest suite, and living room renovation, a master suite addition, pool/lanai renovation and a new roof. All were completed with a high standard of construction and were completed on time and on budget. He is also a great guy to work with—does what he promises and on schedule.
I have nothing but good things to say and will add that Rich and his companies will be my go-to for all my home repair and construction needs.
