This was my second visit and was somehow even better than the last. Not only was I treated respectfully and professionally, I felt like a family member. Mrs. Johnson (O. G.) was amazing as always, Brea was fabulous, and Stefanie stuck me like a champ. Give these women a raise - they're doing the Lord's work!

I have only donated a couple of times here, ar first I was scared and anxious. However, the staff there made me feel very safe and comfortable. They were very profesional and made the process painless and made me feel taken care of. Not only am I helping to make medicines, but I also get rewarded for it. I am very glad to live near this location. They are awesome and very profesional!

Have been coming here for 10 years. Service and pay have improved a lot over the years and they have a great staff. I go twice a week regularly and love the bonuses.

Great place and staff, really nice and clean. Only thing I could suggest is a better line so people can't skip unless they are new or have a card to go to the front.

This is one of the best donation centers in Jax! Way better than most! Fees are fair and they are fast at getting you through. Staff is awesome especially the nurse!

Piss poor i will go elsewhere to donate after what they just pulled today saying that my protein was too low that I can't donate it all today they called me and said that so I'm going to go ahead and I'm going to file a lawsuit against them I'm done

On your first visit it will take about 4 hours so be patient all your other visits after that are much shorter. The staff at this arlington location are nothing short of awesome every staff member was helpful and did their job fully no bad attitudes there. From the beginning to the end. Mrs. T as she introduced herself started my process and kept me informed and updated thru the entire visit. I highly recommend this office if you want to advance science and put some cash in your pocket at the same time. Everyone at arlington office should get a raise immediately. MJ is totally awesome top notch phlebotomist very personable and she will take care of you patiently give her a raise please.

First time I went it was great. Great staff and helpful. Second and third time they didn't do the needle correctly. Luckily this third time a guy came over and helped and relocated it. Have a massive bruise from the lady that didn't insert it right and my arm is very painful.

It's not the best. Some days employees want to work and put forth the effort and others it's just sad to watch. At times you will definitely feel as though you are at a party, with the loudness and inappropriate topics being talked about from both donors and employees. There are some awesome employees and some that really are not professional.

Nurse who did my exam was rude and unprofessional. I think her name is ranada. (She was short, thicker, with blonde hair and a foreign accent). Also, the last time I donated, one of the phlebotomist (blonde guy) in the back stuck me but didn’t push the needle all the way in. I could feel the needle pinching me and It wasn’t actually drawing blood. It kept saying no flow. Another person had to come and readjust it. This donation took an extra 20 mins from my norm. Granted, it is an easy and charitable way to make gas money but it could be more enjoyable if the people there didn’t seem so miserable.

Very organized and quick processing. They offer $75 for making a plasma donation. Then another donation within 1 week is ok, like wait a day. Then you have to wait 7 days before donating again.

Normally the place isnt bad but lately has been horrible. Under staffed, 2-3 hour wait before even donating, Lack of trained individuals who can do the job and a bunch of people standing around doing nothing.

Great frindely stuff. But this place is so slow, they need hire more peaple. It will take 2 hours to donate. If you are new it will take 4 hours. This is facts. Peaple got other thing to do in life. So please be considered. Very poorly managed.

Definitely have good experiences coming here. They are clean and respectful. All the staff are very helpful in answering questions and taking the time to ensure the process is easy. I am.usually picky about places that have to stick you with a needle, but they do a really good job. Been coming here for some time and no complaints. They get to the new donors quickly as well. They have promotions all the time as I have won one myself. Thank you all!

This is a place where you need to get rid of your personal feelings and care for your patients. I just dont feel that with all of the associates there. For the most part everyone is prompt and helpful, but then you have those few bad apples that just when you run into them, it kinda just ruins the great experience you have had with the other associates. Some of the associates are selective with their customer service and its gets very aggravating and time consuming. The few that ruins the experience either have horrible attitudes, move too fast with the huge needle you are sticking in my arm (I understand you may be confident in what you are doing but at the same time please try your best to make all your patients comfortable) selective with customer service meaning they may not want to stick a certain patient so they play around and joke until someone else comes to take their place. Meanwhile not looking at the fact that person may have an appointment afterwards or a date or whatever. The process is already time consuming, you playing and joking around just makes the process longer and aggravating. I spoke with the manager in charge about an incident a young lady that works there and I had because I felt she had a horrible attitude not just with me but with others and ever since then I definitely feel bad energy from her everytime I come there. For the most part I ignore it but sometimes its unavoidable and it is extremely uncomfortable having her as someone that supposed to be tending to me as a patient. I give this place a 3 star because everything else is great, its clean, most times everything is done at a decent pace, you do have very nice and helpful associates, but those few bad apples really makes the experience unappealing if you encounter them and their bad tempers or immaturity.
