Octopus Car Wash, Orlando FL

Quick and friendly staff but they didn't do a good job of vacuuming and the inside of my doors were not wiped down at all. I will only be back for exterior cleaning.

The staff at this car wash acts like you're burdening them by being there. That is the worst part of the experience. Secondly I paid 60 dollars and my car is still dirty on the inside. Looks like they didn't do anything

Best place I’ve ever went too! Highly consider this carwash, best employee named Angel help me out and hustle to finish up my car he did perfect would definitely come again love it!

My first time here. Brought my Mercedes here. The lady who attended me was rude. Very rude. My first and last time I go here. Emplo 17190 I guess? She’s an older light skin lady. VERY RUDE!

Worst service $42 I ever spend in a car wash. Service and detail was trash they got a manager that does final inspection and his blind apparently.

They do a good job. Lots of wash options. The wax wash gives a good shine and seems to protect.

They did a great job! Extremely friendly and professional staff. It was my first visit here and I will definitely come back when I'm on that side of town. Highly recommend!

I am highly disappointed with this place. I’ve gotten an auto detailing done here before in the past and never had these issues. First they tried to over charge me (if a complete car detail is $89.99 plus $20.99 and tax $7.22 total $ 118.20 but one of the workers want to charge me $178.99). Then they put that my car would be finished at 5 pm when I arrived at 10 am, so why do I have to wait so long just for the anterior to be cleaned. I give Octopus Car Wash 3 stars only because they do a good job cleaning my car but beware they may try to over charge you!

Clean, but some stains on carpet. Nice soft Clean sheets. Parking extra. Downtown area not really great for night time. Nice staff.

Based on the reviews while sitting in line, I almost changed my mind. Not only were they quick, they were friendly and did a great job on my car inside and out!

Bad experience twice went there check ur car before u go I spent almost 200$ not happy I will never go back they didn't open the trunk

Very friendly and thorough car wash. The service writer ladies are phenomenal. I love seeing them everytime I go there!

The staff here is likely the most chaotic mess I have ever seen. They yell and argue with each other and then complain to the customers about their work environment time and time again. The hard part is that due to COVID they are one of the only places that does both inside & outside cleaning. It’s a real shame to go to a place where the employees literally HATE their job and tell you about it all the time, of course, right before they offer you a detail package.

Paid 60 dollars for a wash and inside exterior was ok. But interior was poor and that was the one thing I wanted done. Wont be back.

Cathy is outstanding! She is one of the best employees at octopus she can do 16 things at once, always hustling, always kind always has a smile! Thanks for the great service!

I paid the $30.99 plus a $10 tip and the inside looked horrible. I usually wash my car myself but I decided to get it done by a professional and they did a horrible job. I guess I'll just keep doing it myself.
