Update 12/22/23:

For the second time in the year, AAA failed me and off the chain was there to help. I wish I caught the drivers name but the same guy so professional and so helpful. He was very accurate with his arrival time and what a funny man to talk with. Thank you so much off the chain.

1st experience:

After AAA failed to find a tow truck for my car for over 4 hours, one quick call to Mandy solved the problem. While still on the phone, Trey was dispatched to my vehicle. Within 15 minutes of my call, Trey had my car up and ready to be towed to the repair shop. I don't know what I would have done without them.

Called and the owner came right away, reasonable pricing, very professional. 10/10 recommend!

Today I called off the chain towing was referred by a great friend who had told me to call them let me tell you these guys are professional and prompt when they say are coming to get you they were prompt they kept in contact with me I was stranded deep in palm beach my transmission went on 95 called my friend he told me to call off the chain Nick answered ask me what happened transmission he said where u located told him he got hold of Trey to come get me and my family and they were professional kept us calm communicated with us w whole process amazing was shocked the professionalism off the chain towing there name is meaning full they go above and beyond to the customer service and my friend was right good people definitely recommend class act company communication is the key to success period!

Today my sister was stranded on the side of the road due to severe flooding and out of nowhere this tow truck pulls up and offers to tow her car out of the water to safety. Come to find out it was the owner of this company. Not only did he tow her to safety but I also witnessed him helping others who were also stuck in their vehicles due to the heavy flooding. He even went the extra mile and came back and towed my sister to the mechanic. We offered him money for his kindness but he did not want anything. Such a nice guy being a Good Samaritan! Thank you to off the chain towing for your helping hand today! U saved us. I WILL DEFINITELY BE SENDING PEOPLE YOUR WAY IN TIME OF NEED!

What a wonderful experience. From the time this company picked up my car until I was dropped off. This service was very efficient and affordable. I would most definitely without hesitation use this service again if needed. Please use OFF THE CHAIN TOWING for all your towing needs.

Stole vehicle out of my personal driveway.the vehicle was parked behind my other car and was within my property line.no neighbors were blocked in. I was not parked next to a curb or illegally parked. I was in my driveway.stated he took it off premises and then tried to charge 3 different prices.classic bait n switch for towing fees.the driver also chose to be extremely aggressive and disrespectful. Got in a woman's face flailing his arms and screaming "he ain't the one". This is unacceptable and will be reported to the full extent to the BBB and to the DOT/FMCSA.

Tow truck driver was towing a car and police had road blocked off. The driver of off the chain towing backed into my fence and hit my RV and now I keep calling and the owner won't return my calls and they keep blocking me from calling. Time to call an attorney. Thank God I have pictures and security cameras. Not to mention it wasn't MY car they was towing.

Came within the timeframe of the estimate arrival my insurance company informed me of this company is the one to call for towing service.
