Would not recommend anybody do business with offerpad. In multiple aspects of their deal they do a bait and switch. Original offer price $350,000 a week before closing low balls the offer to 275,000.

Bait and switched their post possession from $3,000 for 3 Days to $10,000 for 3 days

Caught my transaction manager bald-faced lying to me. What a scummy way to do business.post closing it turns out they lied. They had told me they would cover all closing costs including doc stamps, they didn't.
