Office Depot, Bradenton FL

Coming here for years. Never had a problem printing anything. 1/16 4pm bad incompetent service!
Switching to staples.

Nice store, usually find what I need. Most of staff are pretty helpful. Kind of pricey, though. Always pretty deserted-I think the staff outnumber the customers. Hope it stays open.

Both printers were not working! The only two available for self printing. What store has printers that don’t work! Staff was pleasant and helpful!

The girl at the checkout was VERY rude as soon as we walked in and proceeded to be rude till we left

Gets the job done. Understaffed, but those who work there are very helpful with questions and very nice.

The customer service in this store can use an upgrade. I was waiting there for half an hour for service and the people that work there don't really cared if I needed help.

I'll give them this.sometimes they carry things other stores don't. Sometimes. But I try to avoid this place at all costs. $20 for a package of sticky notes? ! $8 for the exact ream of paper that Walmart has for $4. $28 for a 5 pack of folders. Places like this that price gouge this way are the reason why there will be no jobs for humans in a few years

The man working the store was super willing to help. He had a great personality and moved quickly. It was such a positive experience. Like night and day difference from our earlier Staples experience where no one would help us. Thank you for turning our day around and helping us find the desk we were looking for!

This Office Depot is really hit or miss. The first few times I came in the employees were very helpful and made me want to return to the store. The last few times I've come in they haven't had what I needed and I felt like I was being belittled for asking for help. I don't think I'll be returning to this store unless it's absolutely necessary from now on.

No one helped, there was only 1 employee that was in the copy department. I stood at the check out 5min & still no one was called came to assist me. So sat my items down & left. I'll take my business elsewhere for sure.

We bought an office chair and the staff was very helpful in carrying it out and helping us - we didn't even have to ask!

I had a very heavy package to ship with FedEx. I could not lift it myself, so I went into the OfficeDepot, and they immediately offered to bring a dolly to my truck to get the package for me despite the fact that it was sprinkling rain. They even taped the label I had brought onto the box for me.

I can't speak of all the Office Depots, but this one in particular I really like! The employees are always helpful when I need assistance with flyers and other the other real estate related marketing material and supplies. Ron went above and beyond today, it was greatly appreciated!

It was easy in and out. The workers were good, polite and helpful, a first for this store. I only visit this store when it is absolutely necessary.

A little hard to notice due to the large vacant space next door. Good service and good price on my office chair

I tried to have them fax two pages to a number that I knew was correct. They were unable to make it go through the first time ask me to wait a few minutes and they would try again. Quite a while later they tried it again and still couldn't get the number to go through. During this wait however I felt the customer service was not the best, they were not really interested in getting the job done. I walked next door to UPS and it went through with no problem whatsoever. Would not go back to this store.

Poor customer service, will never go back to this office depot. All employees just seemed like they hate all the customers because we were making them do their job
